kris hasnt the legs to be a midfield player this ronnie knew from the off but due to a clamour by the press and the fans he was reinstated

now we get away with that in the scottish scene but not in europe where you need maximum effort from every one your players

i like commons and i think hes the best finisher weve got, i think we should play him as striker false centre forward with johansen behind him and gms and armstrong left and right sometimes forrest

the defense is where we are losing it though ambrose is a disaster zone and boyata is a wee bit better than him although i hope he gets a lot better

we need simuvich back in the team and we need to get shot of izzy

we are being dealt a * hand by the custodians i feel, its not all ronnies fault he probably should in all honesty wshes he didnt take this job

I'm not sure about that mate, I just want the ball moved quicker and a bit more bravery on the ball. It's not much to ask for, pace doesn't get us many places unless we know how to use it.

Armstrong has pace, did we once work the ball quick enough to get him into a position he could use that pace?

We need to move on as fast as possible. They need to prove it on Sunday.

But can't cover back leaving huge gaps, last night Lustig was covering the whole right side getting isolated several times. Just because he scored last night doesn't make him untouchable.

I would like Armstrong to be played in the middle of the park if I'm honest. Thought about this last night, but I'm just not sure who I would leave out. Brown looked like he was our main playmaker through the middle last night, which is ridiculous. He isn't good enough on the ball to be doing that. I think it slowed down too often when it went to him, and he gave it away far too cheaply at times.

Play him in the middle of the pitch where he's best then, where all his goals and good play has came from.

I hate trading skill for industry, especially because that industry would be better out wide and the skill in the middle.

I thought that as well but it's more because Broony was trying to step up to the plate that Bitton was hiding from, Bitton done it for the last half an hour and the passing was more decisive for it. Commons was off by that point though and the movements not really there without him.

The only person who thinks hes a left winger is Ronny Deila

yeah he can score goals and he can set them up but he also gets run off the ball a lot and gets closed down very easily and loses the ball

i think your remembering him from years back mate he cant get back and defend!!! all players must be able to get back and defend!!!

at least playing as a false number 9 or striker it wouldnt be so bad for us

as in that position we get his strengths with not much damage from his weaknesses

the way we play we need a clever player up front and commons is clever and a cracking finisher, our forwards are wasted with the possession game we play, crosses are pointless aswell even if we could deliver a good one, we are all about looking for a wee slide through pass or flick in to a forward for a shot at goal or pass across goal :50:

Fully agree he should be in the middle. If he's not though he shouldn't play. He's wasted out there and affects the team. If Ronny does not change this then I will be *.

Not playing him would be worse, we look completely toothless without him. Toothless up front and a honking defence is something I really don't want.

We've got too many players who are CAM's but can only get a game on the wing, we still have Christie and Henderson to come back as well.

Ultimately Henderson is a central midfielder, I think that's where his future lies, not as an attacking one.

Christie is a mix, he's equally happy on the left or in the middle.

As I said before if he plays then lose the width on the right making us offset which impacts the team going forward and back. He can score goals and maybe create a few chances but so can Forrest the way he was playing, much rather him on the wing.

He can play there, no doubt about it. It's not his best position, but he is more than capable of doing a job there.

Deila also sees Henderson as a left winger. You could almost laugh if it wasnt so tragic.

I hope so but he good going forward, think the same about Armstrong how well he could do in CM.

Would take him back in January, see what he can do then, suppose he's been playing out wide for Scotland u-21's hasn't he?

You don't know if he sees him as that. There you at it again. He has played him on the left of the three before, as he isn't better than Bitton or Brown to play in his natural position.
