I think the manager should be dropping people, and making a point of showing people they aren't pulling their weight to his standards, and then it is his job to motivate them back on to the level that he expects. A good example is Leigh Griffiths. Ronny froze him out, kept him on the bench and publically came out and said he wasn't fit enough, wasn't up to the level he should be in training etc. Then Griffiths came back a hungrier, better player.

The same guys make the same mistakes, and continually get played. I don't know what happens in training, but I don't see any improvement on the pitch. So how can the manager keep doing the same things and expect different results, it's not intelligent.

Commons should have stayed on . He is always a threat even when he is playing push. Johansen should have been hooked - literally

So you make a statement and won't back it up/explain it?

The only bullshitter here is you, and I suspect you are enjoying yourself this morning with your bitter wee "I told you so" rants.

Naw I am deliberately not going into I told you so mode as it achieves nothing. I dont have to back up why this is Deilias fault. My thoughts on his cluelessness is well on the public record. Im not going to go over old ground and I have no intention of repeating myself today. All i care about is what is best for us and today that is getting rid of him.

Who's asking you to go over old ground? I'm questioning last night.

If you're not willing to go into detail, then your statements achieve nothing to back up your opinion.

Not talking about you making that point, talking about me and you arguing that point saying the same things for the next 10 pages.

So I'll just say I'm right and you're wrong :icon_mrgreen:

I dont have to back up my opinion. I have highlighted the flaws we have so much that Im tired of explaining myself to people like you. And to be honest I dont respect you enough to do you the courtesy of complying with a request. I could but I wont.

I'm agreeing with that. I'm just wondering who you would have picked to play where last night. Given that you have had a dig at Deila for dropping Rogic, but also had a dig at him for playing Commons out of position. If you wanted Commons playing in the number 10 role, then surely you would have dropped Rogic also?

Kris Commons has today apologised following last night's UEFA Europa League match against Molde in Norway.
The Celtic midfielder said: “I’d like to apologise for my reaction last night, something that should never be shown publicly on the field.
“I was very frustrated at how the night had gone. However, I did not handle this in the right way. My frustration at losing games and my desire to win will never change.
“I know we are all part of a team at Celtic and I am proud to be part of this team. I want this team to win and I am sure we can come together, work hard and get the results needed to qualify from this group.
“I still have every confidence we can do this and in a fortnight we have the chance to make amends. That’s the motivation now for us all.”
