    He provided guile and his smart wee passes were causing them bother. He didnt link up well with Janko I thought.

    I said it before, and I'll say it again... i don't think he can consistently give us 90mins a week, let alone 180... but he was very good in the europa, so we can't * if he's a bit off today... he's not 21 any more folks.

    If you taped it watch it again. He was switching it and keeping us ticking along up front, playing wee passes. Not his best by any means granted but for me he offered more than the other four players who played in the 3, even though it wasnt his day. Janko had a poor game behind him which didnt help either.

    His age has got absolutely nothing to do with it . What is he 29/30 ? That is a players absolute prime . Larsson was that age during the treble season ffs, ronaldo is that age now . If he was 34 i would be bringing age into it but it can not be used as an excuse at 29/30 .

    He had a poor game today , he has always had the odd poor game for us . Nothing to do with age/fitness, just didnt produce the goods.

    He was brutal yesterday, one of those games the ball just kept bouncing off him to the opposition, couldny get it under control at all. Was suprised he wasnt the first guy subbed although Rogic and Forrest didnt do much either.

    It is aye, but the other 24/25 he hits are rotten. His free kicks are mostly rotten. As are his corners most of the time. His link up play can be great, but his work rate can be poor.

    He's one of they players you want in your team 50% of the time, and the other 50%, you have to tell yourself why.

    Still as mentioned above can turn a game in a minute though.

    £300k, what a steal. Defo up there with £ for £ the best we've spent since Lubo and Larsson.
