So... how many vital European goals has he scored now?

Hmmmmm I'm all for being a critic but only at people who talk * and say players where poor but here goes ill give it a bash myself

Commons was very poor up until the goal and after he showed some decent spells but he gave he ball away just as much as Forrest or brown so why the * does Forrest come under criticism and commons or brown doesn't

 

Why did u not take to the man in his first half season when he was banging them in for fun

He was involved in all our best play tonight. Until he went off, of course.

 

One of the best goals I've witnessed in a while, some composure to pull that out of nowhere.

 

Must be about time to get a new contract discussed. Same with Ledley. All the focus is on getting in some new signing, but it's just as important that we get these guys tied down.

 

Don't truly rate players until I see them do it in Europe. SPL is * and has been for nearly a decade. Occasionally this makes me look a *, though. Like now.

Also, I sometimes miss players' best attributes even after they do well in Europe. Like Broony in the group stages last season where something clicked in my understanding and I finally realised why he's such an important player for us.

For Commons, that moment was the Juve game at home where he was just sensational. I've looked at him in a different light ever since and so this season I'm noticing things about his game that I didn't last season.

Also, I'm sometimes too harsh with him because I wanted him to be the new Lubo.

Love the guy and the great thing about Commons is his wife is even more in love with Celtic than him so zero chance him leaving us

He`s just one of them wee * that struts about the place thinking he is the hardest * out there. How could you not love him

 

Cracking strike from a player who rarely wastes a ball, become a real figurehead of this team, can see him being here for a few years yet, what a steal he was.

 

Can't believe the stick he has received on here from some recently. I have seen posts saying he should be replaced in the 1st 11 by the likes of Rogic or Boerrigter which is a bit of a nonsense really. He has delivered time and again when it matters. for me he is the figurehead of this team.

 

If Commons doesn't pull off that stroke of pure magic there's no way Celtic goes through. The guy is my favourite Celt no doubt.

 

Wonder goal from * nowhere.....peach....get in. Priceless to our side right now.
