Tough to sum up how I feel after that... watching ESPN for 30 minutes before the game I was feeling great. Reminded me of why I love Celtic Football Club. It's not acceptable for us to potentially go third in what even our own fans acknowledge is a poor league. What's worse is that we were the main story on sports news yesterday which means people who would not normally have watched us would have seen that display.

We have the players but not the management team to succeed. That's my opinion.

The only thing that needs to done is to get rid of Mowbray NOW!!!!! He's totally out of depth and clueless. Goodbye Tony.

The match was terrible and way out of order. Mowbary once again used the wrong tactics. I say we can still win this if we sack Mowbary and buy someone else.

Not much you can say. I thought Jos looked really decent and also young Thompson when he came on. Fotune looked our best player. Keane looked like an expensive version of Skippy. Did not like Kamara as a winger. He clearly isnt one. Aidan had his 4th really crap game on a row. FFS Tony are you blind? Rest him. The CM looked very light with Ki in there. I thought the most obvious thing was there was noone coordinating the game now Caldwell and Robson are away. Absolutely noone taking responsibility. Dont get me wrong we had some nice phases of quick passing at times but you can see that we would have been destroyed by a good side because the balance is all wrong. Brown to LB?? What kind of madness was it taking tha armband off Loovens while he was still on the pitch and giving it to Brown?? The only thing I can think of is that Brown has been made club captain. Possibly not a bad shout seeing as all the other characters have been sold.

    I want to know

1.why the young lad was dropped (Thomson) he has been good
    2. Why did the new striker who saved us on sunday not get a start
    3. Why is no one listening when i continuously say our midfield is powderpuff hopeless?

one thing though, if we have to play killie at parkhead, i WANT REVENGE!

oh and one more thing, i honestly did not see any good football by us tonight!

The thing that annoy's me the most is this , we just secured the loan signing of Robbie Keane amongst other good signings , the Huns were * themselves our fans were on a big high for the first time in a while , we were all behind the team 100% again ("There's Only One Tony Mowbray" chant we all sang at the Killie game shows this) and then we go and loose!!
The fans are all angry again , the Huns think we are * again and it's square 1! This game could have been a turning point and i honestly think if we had won it we would have went on to win the leauge!
Now we have a player we are paying £65k a week to help ensure we finish second!! It's a joke! ... Mowbray has built a good team , he knows a good player when he see's one i think but it seems we need a manager who can take his team and make them play .. We would walk this leauge if the team we had out last night played well together and actually showed some pride and determination.
Celtic v Killie should not be a case of who will win .. It should be a case of by how many goals will we win by!
Things always get worse before they get better though people and wether Mowbray stays or goes i think we will see a much improved Celtic side next season when the team have had time to gel so to speak .. I know that's not good enough for alot of Celtic fans though as we are a team who want and need success!
Keep the faith though everyone , it's not over until it's over!

Is it not strange that we had a great run around Christmas and prior with N'Guemo and Crosas running the midfield. It seemed to make a real tangible difference with one winning the ball and the other using his brain to keep possession flowing to the right areas.

I do think Ki has looked a very good prospect with some grea bursting runs, a sweet right peg, a bit of pace and good distribution (he worked well with Fortune last night). But inexperience is shining through here. Why can't we bleed the younger guys into the team on merit (like Mcginn or Thomson) instead of dumping certain guys straight into the fold.

Kamara on the left was madness. I'm pretty sure he's just a striker, and I said before the game with all these strikers the chances are TM will dump one on the left wing. The only ones who've reasonably played anything like that position is Keane and Samaras.

Fortune was superb and looked like the only one playing for the shirt. Such a shame there was very little happening around him because the space he was creating and defenders he was commiting demanded better support.

McGeady was poor again. His final ball if anythnig is getting worse and worse with even simple crosses failing to beat the first man or sailing harmlessly over the top. His shots consistently miss the target and when 2 guys are on him he insists on beating them both instead of passing to a man in space. When is he going to become selfless and drag the 2 guys out of defence creating room? As soon as he does this consistently defenders will be more reluctant to come out with him and hence he'll find himself with more space, but since he's so predictably determined to beat 2 men, it's simple to double up on him.

The Brown thing was a joke. I could understand the sub if we went 3 at the back as we have done this season, but surely a left-back is better at left-back than an attacking mid? Outrageously bad call!

Agreed. Naylor is a * and should never be anywhere near the team and if we had a captain on the field to tell him to get the * away from set piece's we may have done better with the many we had. We're starting to see rhe Aiden of the last two years only we have no Strachen to blame for this dip in form. We really need him to play as he did in the first few months of the season.

Fortune was my mom aswell, thought Ki played o.k, but would have been more effective if the midfield wasn't all over the place and in each others way.

I think Ki would work better on the wing tbh at this stage and let Crosas and N'Guemo resume the succesful partnership. Even with Ki as a reserved wide player like Robson and Zhi have done this season, almost playing as a 3 central mid.

I agree, he still has a long way to go but i got slated for saying that last week. Apparently he is a step ahead of every other player in our team...
