he is the best defender at the club in your opinion. under two different managers he hasn't been a regular in the team ever. what does that tell you?

you think we'll lose the league due to loaning out O'Dea? have some faith.

 

in tomorrows daily mail it says wigan are tryna pitch marlon king to us as part of a deal fo skippy,the * cheek, king is on 38 k a week would u believe, crazy. also has mowbray sayin were not gettin shikabala(basically), also says o'dea joined reading on loan which i didnt know, and mowbray is trackin slovenian striker Etien Velikonja, which im a little excited about. wasnt sure a new thread was worthy of this.

Seen that myself mate, we have no money to buy mowbray is quoted as saying, so its definitely only going to be a loan deal or 2 or maybe even a bosman but who knows.

I also seen that the Huns are going to sign Jerome Rothen on loan, who imo is a good player and would defintely strengthen their midfield on that left side, so hopefully we pull a signing or 2 out the bag.

 

If O'Dea leaves I'd say we're in serious trouble.

 

maybe that velikonja kid shouldnt cost too much. a young eastern euro forward would brightin up my september. he pretty much ruled out shikabala and ruben. i would be seriousley * if we even considered marlon king, think it said he has pending sexual assault charges. had not seen o'dea had signed for reading on loan anywhere.

 

he's gone just on loan tho. think he signed, or is signin a contract extension with us. with calders mick and mister loover loovens playin centre back an josh thompson comin in for back up, kennedy is still floatin around albeit injured, think its a decent move for everyone concerned, brendan rodgers seems a good coach specially with the younger ones. i think with the europa league we need a massive squad though, if we wanna get near the business end of it. im sure there is some sort of recall clause so we could get him back sharpish if needs be.

 

I understand the fact we would want another striker in if Killen goes out, he's finally playing well and isn't likely to get in over McDonald, Fortune and Samaras so i wouldnt mind sending him out on loan.
