    Izzy is a more than capable back up on that side.

    The jury is still out on whether Janko is good enough to be back up for his own position, never mind at left back.

    Astonishing the rise of Tierney. Because he's not an attacking mid or striker he didn't really make any waves at youth level, wasn't discussed as a wonderkid I don't think yet he's come from nowhere to displace one of our best players of recent years (even though I think Izzy was poor for most of the last 3 years). Now you just can't imagine Kieran not being in the team for any game, even Barccelpna away he will be a starter!

    Izzy's far better than Janko too btw, who hopefully Rodgers sees as nothing more than back up for Lustig until we get a better/promote a youth RB.

    Are there any right sided Tierneys in the youth team anyone know?

    Too good for Scottish football. Strachan should appoint him the new captain of Scotland instead of a big dafty like Hanley or Martin who only get a game as theres no decent centre-halves.

    My favourite player has been Scott Brown for quite a while, but Tierney is giving him a run for his money. He is outrageously good for his age.
