It's sad to see a player like him put in so poor performances. Just looks absolutely shattered.

It is, but we wrecked him, well Rodgers and Lennon did. So karma I guess.

Harsh to single anyone out after that but we will potentially regret his contract as much, if not more so, than McCarthy’s.

Funnily enough he can go on a tear down the left when he wants to. Also has that crossing accuracy at times too.

But it looks to me as if he's been instructed not to do certain things he used to back in the day. Problem is it takes away what was so effective about him

He’s half the player of Sarrachi.

A guy that Boca Juniors are happy to let go out on loan.

Every aspect of our club is so depressing.

He got offered no protection whatsover off of Tounekti there, he knew it, and wouldn’t venture forward at all. Made sure to stay back.

Isolated both him and Tounekti in the end up. At the start when Tounekti was really positive he got up to support him, made some good positive runs to take players away from him. Didn’t last long that though.

Its looking like a very expensive retirement package we've given him..

  9. This gamble has really backfired, was always a risk and it’s not paid off.

he simply can’t start anymore we have a better left back at the club and he needs to be on the bench.

Gutted for him but he’s just no the same player anymore.

Lennon came in for his last 3 months at Celtic the damage was already done.
We done well to sell him to Arsenal when we did.

Still we did the damage. Pretty shameful that people celebrate this type of management.

We did less well when Rodgers insisted we sign him for £50k a week for 5 years.

It was 100% predictable. I blame Rodgers as he obviously wanted it to happen and burned bridges making it happen.

Ever since coming back he's looked a shadow of the player he was 1st time around. Injuries have done for him and that's not his fault. What IS his fault is his lack of defensive discipline tonight. Within the first 6mins minutes he had already been posted missing twice, having charged upfield prematurely leaving a massive gap in the LB area which the Danes exploited and nearly scored. Sad to say but he's nothing but another liability at the moment.

Sticking this one on Rodgers is a stretch.

Why? He spent 2 transfer windows making it happen and blocking other options

Do you think Tierney is a club signing?

In fairness I thought if there was going to be major issues with the signing it would be fitness related. I didn’t think it was even a remote possibility he could look this bad though.

Even in his cameos for Arsenal last season he still looked decent, he’s surely not had all his physicality and ability sucked out of him in a few months.

The English prima Donna League where if you get touched you win a foul, you get more time on the ball and every player loves each other. That's what made him look good down there.
