    Looked leggy and nervy..

Good block to stop a probable winner for them in the air but was also putting balls out for corners unnecessarily for me..

Worried about him. Was one of the ones really excited for his return too. Not happening for him

He’s just going to need more months to get anywhere near full fit, looks so stiff trying to run and awkward.

His forward passing is real quality and ok when the ball is in front of him but I do have to agree he's struggling defensively when ahead of the ball.

Can see his qualities and hopefully it’ll be fine. The one we lost the ball and he was running back like he was on sand was a bit of a worry. Arteta had him involved pretty much every week after January think that says a lot.

Hate to say it but he's looking nowhere near it, still. Slow doesn't even cut it. To the point he shouldn't be first choice at this stage.

He is a shadow of the player that left, hopefully he is just lacking match sharpness.

I think it's the elephant in the room. A lot of fans don't want to admit it but he looks *.

I hope he just needs a break. If that's the case though we should let him recover and let him come on and make cameos or whatever will manage him back to full speed.

Just quite worrying that a guy that's just turned 28, and should be at his very best physically looks so off the pace.

Thought Sarrachi was miles better than him tbh, but i wouldn't play Tierney at all on Plastic pitches tbh.

He has not played much football and can't complete 90 mins at the moment. He needs time and patience. He still has it but isn't the 25 million player that left. We cant keep comparing him to that. It isn't fair.

He may need a good 6-9 months of semi regular football again to get to any decent level.

Looks to have definitely lost pace tho.

Sarrachi was miles better. Tierney looked stiff and lacking match fitness, giving away too many corner kicks too.

Im worried about Tierney now I must say. Fitness, pace, sharpness - all seem lacking. I think the version of him we have right now is probably a downgrade on Taylor.

Does he have the stamina / legs to play full back now? He may be more suited to the left side of a back 3.

Many of us highlighted this risk ages ago.

Equally he has surprised me as he’s not broken down yet - was convinced he was like chocolate now to be fair.

So that’s a plus. Unfortunately there aren’t many more pluses so far.

Sarachi looks like he could be good so let’s see; however, in the whole, we are weaker at LB than this time last year when we had GT and Valle

If he hasn't improved by December we'll be needing a new LB in January.
