£10million is far too low to be selling him for, even in that story it says they paid £16million for Callum Chambers whos turned out *. Tierneys the best player up here and he's only 18 £15million with clauses to get over £20million is what we should be looking for, especially as we know that everyones prices have gone up due to the more money down there again.

If he is let go it shouldn't be for anything less than £20 million with clauses if he stays with them making it to £30 million and an additional sell on clause of a further 5% of any fee.

I've no doubt he's being watched and noticed, without a shadow of a doubt..

We'd accept a high offer in the summer if someone was coming in early with an offer over 10 mill, but you get the feeling he'd reject any of them :smiley-laughing002:

Can just imagine Pedro calling him in the office and telling him "Awright son, yer comin wae me tae theee arsenal " and Kieran like "whit? Make me...."

True, he's the kind of player you could imagine knocking you back but these kind of teams are very rarely ever knocked back. The money etc would probably just be too much to turn down. You'd get Arsenal probably offering £50k a week, maybe even houses and cars, signing on bonus of £1million and all that in the end it would come down to knocking back about £10million which is hard for anycunt.

You wonder what teams are seriously looking at him too. In that article they mentioned Chambers, Chamberlain and some other player who they paid £10million+ for as teenagers. Most havent amounted to much, then theres Roberts who Man City paid the same for.

Comparing them to Tierney, Tierney looks more the real deal to me, since he's came into the team hes gone from strength to strength and playing like a great 30 year old player in his prime already at this age.

If you compare Tierney to Roberts, Tierney doesnt look very far off guys like Evra, Alba, Marcelo in comparison to how Roberts looks compared to guys like Silva, Hazard, Robben and Ribery. Tierney looks to have all the tools, the personality and the physicality to go all the way while Roberts still looks like a wee guy who probably needs to improve a lot physically, get fitter, stronger, faster to reach the top and even then he will need to be very consistent to get near it Tierney has none of those problems.

Not often you see a young player emerging who you look at and think, he doesn't seem to have any weakness and is already a very well rounded and consistent player. There not even 1 fault I could pick out of Tierney. Can defend, attack, beat a player, good shot, good cross, strong, quick, great tackler, good in the air, more consistent than anyone.

The story is absolute * as far as I'm concerned. I've no doubt team's are taking notice of him, without a doubt but 10 million already from Arsenal? Seems unrealistic for me..

He's nowhere near any of those you've mentioned levels :56:.....come on. He could get to an Evra type level though, certainly. Whatever happens, he's improving rapidly in all departments and looks destined to be a great player. The best we've produced in a very long time..

Aye I dont mean he's already world class, we'll never know that until he is playing in a big League and the Champions League but theres no weakness in his game and he seems to have all the tools to play at the top level.

Other young players you can pick holes in for fun. Like Roberts - too wee, not consistent, no strength, holds the ball too long sometimes, needs to defend better.

Tierney seems ready to kick on to higher levels.

Wouldn't make sense for him to move just now. He needs games week in week out and he wouldn't get that for Arsenal. * Arsenal anyway, * of a team with boring wanklord fans. Come back with a £20 million bid in 3 years.

That's where it will get difficult for us. He's already shown up well in the Europa, that won't have gone unnoticed. If we get in to the Champion's league and he performs well, which I see no reason why he wouldn't flourish, then we'll get bids rolling in..

He really doesn't have a weakness. Doesn't really switch off or get caught out, seems to bomb up and down without leaving gaping holes behind. Crossing and cut back's he picks out for assists are top notch. Tackling is phenomenal. Pace is enough to see him by and as I said, he's very clever with it. My worry was that he was weak in the air, but he's sorted that out big time. His improvement in every department, attacking as well, has drastically improved..

Aye, plus if you compare him to our other players. Pretty much all of our players are atleast the top end of the English Championship class Griffiths, Bitton, Johansen, Armstrong, Brown, Sviatchenko, Mulgrew, Lustig, Commons, Rogic, Roberts even guys like Boyata, GMS could be playing for teams like Brighton, Derby and Sheffield Wednesday and Blackburn etc and Tierney for me is the best in the team so he is most likely already ready to play in the EPL. He seems to good to be playing in the SPL or English Championship.

As you said too, for me he was our best player in the Europa League especially the home games against Ajax and Fenerbahce and that was back when he hadn't even played 10 games I don't think. He just went right in and looked comfortable against decent European teams.

Tierney is much better off staying where he is for the time being. You see young players moving to bigger clubs too early and never really reaching their potential.

He'll be a first-team player here in front of a demanding crowd, winning titles and (hopefully) competing in the Champions League. Plus, he's well on his way to becoming a regular in the Scotland squad.

If he's still improving by the age of 23/24, then is the time to leave. At this rate, he'll by our captain by that point.

KT is different, he's one of us. I hope that his passion and loyalty to the club, and to us especially will see him stay here for years and years and years, * English fitba.

If they want to sell him he'll no have a choice sadly. The board will pick money over loyalty every time.
