That will hardly be KT's fault if it happens. It is abundantly clear we need a new 1st choice LB desperately now though.

But to Arsenal? * me, I think he has made a mistake going there. Still, only time will tell if he has made the right decision. From our point of view I think Arsenal are a bad club to sell to. Even if we have a % sell on we will likely never see any of it as they will probably have him see out his contract then let him go for nothing.

Even if you take money out of the equation, he's won everything he can here, three consecutive trebles.

Perhaps he just wants to push himself to the next level by playing better opposition, new stadiums, surrounded by better players/ coaching facilities etc...

Ability wise you could compare him to the likes of Andy Robertson or VVD so I don't see why he can't excel down there.

I really don't know what to make of this, I can't think of words to type.

I want to blame the board as they'd have been creaming themselves over pushing for another record fee for one of their assets. But you have to be honest, a little part of KT must wanted the move just because of where it leads to and "size" of the club involved and how that would help him achieve any ambitions he might have to become one of the worlds best LBs.

* sake, I dunno this is a real hard pill to swallow there is so much wrong with this it's unreal, first there is his quality on he pitch, gone, he's leadership gone, passion gone, we've only got 1 LB just so much wrong with this.

 

I wish him well but he is by no means a celtic legend after this

He was always going this window. If he wasn’t he would publicly said it himself weeks ago.

Plus the fact that our league full of hatchetmen and Huns crunching him week in week out must get tiresome.

 

Scot brown was our best player alongside Forrest first half and Edouard .

Not a chance he is a legend . Anyone labels him as such are crazy! .. yes he had the chance to leave with that status but he choose not to , he’s another decent player who left simple as that we move on

 

If he wants to further his career it’s fair enough, I can’t really hold a grudge. Not often we have Scottish players with this talent, let’s see what he can do at a higher level. He’s done a few years here and helped us massively.

 

Will he pass the medical? No doubt Lenny and co have been exaggerating his injury to not alarm fans regarding him missing the start to the season. But he does sincerely have hip and hernia issues...I wonder if this could still be called off.. a la that * we were gonna sign from Motherwell

 

Really surprised by this, thought the dream of being a boyhood fan and chance to win 10iar would have been too much of a reason to stay here for him, but I suppose money talks.

Would like to think as a fan, you’d still see out another 2 seasons for the chance of 10, but guess ye never know until yer in that situation and a guaranteed £20million is getting waved in yer face.

Football nowadays is all about money...the fans mean zero in the grand scheme of things.

No one knows how KT is feeling atm..but our club has actively gone along with the deal .

Money rules in all corners including KT and it would for me and everyone else on here despite what they say.
