Aye true, no disprespect to Izzy, he's a very good full back. His crossing hasn't been the best lately but he's good enough to get a few in. Will be good to see him back and hopefully it persuades him to stay with us because he would get a game in the Championship for sure so don't want him leaving. I don't mean the injury persuades him to stay but hopefully Ronny will know that Tierney needs rested at times so there will always be a place for Izzy.

Any updates on the injury to KT?

IN this season’s Celtic View the players have been asked about their best, or worst, cinema and DVD experiences .
So settle down, open the popcorn and keep quite at the back there as Kieran Tierney takes us through his cinema visits.

    First trip to the Cinema
Elf – I went to see it at Christmas with my family. It was a brilliant and it’s a classic film. I like Will Ferrell. He’s a good actor and I have watched a few of his recent films, such as Get Hard and Daddy’s Home and they were as funny as anything.

    Last Movie you watched?
I went to see Daddy’s Home at the cinema recently. I liked it. I don’t watch a lot of films and I usually go to the cinema around once every two months.

    What’s your ideal cinema snack?
Dairy Milk or chocolate buttons with diet coke. I don’t like popcorn

    Favourite film?
Stand By Me, though I haven’t seen it at the cinema. It’s just a good story about four boys growing up and having adventures together. Obviously, in the film their adventures are more extreme, but it reminds you of going about with your friends and going to places you shouldn’t be. I also like Boyz n the Hood. It’s not a similar story but it’s about friends sticking together and it tells you what life was like in the ‘Hood’, so it’s really interesting.

What genre of film do you prefer?
If I’m just watching one in my house I like to go for a comedy as I like to laugh

    What’s the most forgettable flick?
I don’t like something 20 minutes in, I usually just turn it off, but Avatar, from the part I watched, is the worst film I have seen. I am not into Star Wars or films like Spiderman or Batman. I would never sit down and watch those types of films. There is too much make-believe, like in Avatar when you have blue guys with triangle heads. It’s just too much for me. I know films aren’t always realistic but at least ones like Boyz n the Hood are believable.

    What’s your favourite box-set?
I have watched a few recently that have been good – Californication and Entourage – but Prison Break is my favourite. You are hooked from the first episode and you just want to keep watching them. I am an addict. I actually beat time. It should have taken me eight days to watch them all but I did it in seven. There weren’t enough hours in the day but I managed it!

If your life was featured in a film, what actor would you like to play you?
Ice Cube would play me well. He has been in a lot of good films, such as Ride Along, 21 Jump Street and Boyz n the Hood.

    Who is your favourite actress?
Cara Delevingne, she has been in one film, Paper Towns. She is different. I like her eyebrows.

It's hilarious. He had obviously settled into the interview by that point.

He is something else. Cocky but not arrogant, hard but not a dirty player, and he leaves it all out on the pitch every time he steps over the white line.

I bet even if Izzy was to move on this summer (I hope he doesn't) he would be immensely proud at KT's rise.

It's brilliant :smiley-laughing002:, slowly seeing him come out his shell off the pitch and getting more confident, great to see :50:
