Just waiting for his first goal now, he has it all! ...and bhoy will I celebrate it like * when it comes. The only weakness I can see him ever having is in the air with his height but read the game well and learn to time jumps well and this won't matter.

Imagine if he were to get the winner at Hampden next month. Be a contender for most passionate celebration ever, can see in his eyes how he knows what it's all about, how much he loves the club, and how he appreciates the love and support from us.

Did he come all the way through the youth setup?
Surely has to be the best prospect we have ever produced?

Strangely enough, I think the last great youth player we produced was John Kennedy (IMO)

No, he's not the best youth player we've ever produced. Not even close actually.

Let the guy forge his fledgling career, these wild labels being thrown at him are nothing but counter productive.

It's also a credit to Izzy who has taken him under his wing for the last few years.

If we can keep Izzy then our LB position is sorted for the foreseeable.

Just a joy to watch him. He put in some great tackles yesterday and looks better every time he plays.

Hopefully he is here for a long time.

Or you could read between the lines and use common sense. Surely he does not mean ever? How could he?

    How could he? :56:

Take some of your own advice, trumpet. Read between the lines.

The boy looks good so far but too early to judge. Everyone has to keep their feet on the ground with this one.

My brother was out not long ago and had a drink with him. He was full of praise for Izzy. Basically saying how much he looks up to him and how highly he rate's him (being a left back himself) etc etc..

Izzy is pretty much his idol and he's taken his place. Must feel weird..

    Why?

Have you got 2 accounts You posted this with Roberts in efe & mulgrew
& izzaguire who Kieran is keeping out of the side easily.

He won't become a bad tackler / defender overnight, in fact I can
honestly say he is getting better in all areas he needs to, like reading
of the game, crossing, tackling, passing. What's too early to be judging him on?
