    On the day he signed his 6 year deal in 2017

    KIERAN Tierney insisted last night there is “every chance” of him following club legends like Billy McNeill and Paul McStay in the list of Celtic’s one-club men and said he hoped that would be the case.

    Wonder what if anything has changed seeing videos, comments and what’s going on makes me think the club is forcing him out and that’s why I have said he would have to come out and explain to the fans what has changed

    Maybe not forcing him out but he can't feel very wanted can he?

    Instead of saying he is not for sale we are inviting bids and informing clubs of the price.

    How would you feel if your boss was happy for you to go and the likley suitor was offering to triple your wages?

    If it is indeed the case then I hope he speaks up.

    Hey at the end of the day there is nothing for KT to deny yet. Wouldn't put it past the bhoy to do a McGrory.

    It’s really easy to force somebody to treble there wages mate. Marginalise a player and it’ll become a very attractive option.

    I don’t think it’ll happen in this case though.

    Aye, I’m not saying that he shouldn’t grasp the opportunity, it’s up to him.. and he would go with love and thanks..

    However, it is his decision and nobody could marginalise him.. no player is bigger than the club, but the club is bigger than PL and the PLC too.

    This, they couldn't get the likes of * commperr, Bobo and a few others out the door, so how they would manage with a fans favourite is beyond me. It'll boil down to does KT want to go or not.

    Aye, we could have said he’s not fir sale and no doubt the PLC want to cash in, rightly or wrongly. They only see players as assets.

    But, do you honestly think Lenny would apply pressure to lose him? Can’t see it mate.. it will be his decision..

    I can only see KT leaving for a club that have a big passionate support like ours, like a Dortmund or Napoli. No chance will he want to play in the morgue of Arsenals stadium.

    Anyway he aint leaving, another 2 years then he’ll go. And also £25M is only enough for KT to be informed about a bid, Celtic would only accept a bid higher of £40M.
