The appointment of Lennon has been greeted with a lukewarm response, the transfer window has been poor and KT leaving would be a right downer for the club.

The negative energy is just gathering pace.

 

I would certainly hope we know more about our players fitness than other clubs do.

 

The fees being mentioned for KT are a disgrace. £15M is a joke and even the £25M figure which is supposedly what will get him is not enough. Max Aarons and Wan-Bissaka are being touted as £40M+ players, KT is in no way inferior to them. In the current market not a penny less than £50M should be considered.

 

Unless KT has told us he wants to leave.

IMO keeping KT is a must if we want to do the 10. Let's face it, with the amounts of money we spend on transfer fees and wages we ain't gonna get a better LB than him and the negative effect of him leaving will not only cast a shadow over the club but will give sevco a huge boost too. If the club were to sell KT this season then no-one would ever again convince me that the people who run the club care about anything other than balance-sheets.

 

That's just hyperbole mate . We are far stronger than them financially and it would take a lot of * ups in the transfer market and on the pitch for us to lose a league title to them in the near future. KT will be a huge miss obviously but 25 million quid will go a long way , we need 6 new players.

 

Getting heavily touted. Hope to * he stays. If the teams rumoured front up the cash which one will do eventually then it comes down to KT. Hope his love for the club wins out when they start throwing silly figures at him.

 

If KT wants to leave then we cannot stand in his way,but and a massive but is getting a realistic fee for him and in my Green And White Book it is £40 million.I hope,really hope as a fellow Celtic supporter he decides to stay.The £15 million offer is a disgrace and shows a total lack of respect to our beloved Club and KT.Arsenal fans have no idea how to make a noise,the nearest they can do is listen to their own wind.

 

We all know he's worth 40 and some but we dont call the shots. Lawell will def take 20/25 in my opinion. Sooner or later one of these EPL teams will know they're getting a bargain at that and then it comes down to KT.

 

Tbh, they proved there's not that much between the sides last season. I expect them to be more consistent this season and the margin for error against the other sides smaller..
If we lose KT, Ntcham and McGregor in this window and don't replace them with genuine quality and strengthen the defence properly, we are in trouble.

Thing is mate ur actually doing a disservice to KT there. Do u not think he's good enough that clubs would be after him. I'm more than certain clubs want him, it shouldn't be a surprise that there is genuine bids on the table. They won't have matched our valuation yet, correct but as we've seen with Moussa someone will come in with 20 plus and at that point I think Lawell is accepting.

 

If we take less than £30 million,that is an utter disgrace in my Green And White Book

 

No (I live far from Scotland), but a few people on here mentioned doing that if Tierney was sold. If a critical mass of people threatening this existed, the board would be forced into changing policies.

 

Our valuation should be £50M at minimum, after 1 good season that’s what that Crystal Palace full back is worth.

 

We have * up a good few windows up to now and we are the weakest we have been in years.

Our defence is a shambles and the worst part of the side. I’ve got to be honest if we * this summer we will find it hard to win 9 in a row never mind 10.
