He had a great game but so did Sterling. Bizarre.

The thing is he's inexperienced and it shows, it did at times in tonight's game but he still played a blinder. * knows how good he'll be in 2 or 3 years time with CL experience behind him

He's playing well but I still feel he is playing hoof ball. Minor criticism of a player who will be very good.

I actually thought Sterling gave him the runaround fair few times tonight, but he still did his job and this is another experience he will learn from.

Should stick a £30m buy out clause in his contract and make sure we get properly compensated when the usual £10m offers from * EPL clubs flood in for our players.

He * loves the club though. Really don't think he'd leave for some time yet.

Everything about Tierney is very reminiscent of how the Lisbon Lions must have been regarded in their prime.

I'm too young to remember first hand, but KT just screams old school Celtic player in every sense of the word. He is like a throwback to the halcyon days of Scottish footballers. For example, Tommy Gemmell or Stevie Chalmers.

His love of Celtic also shines through in everything he does, almost like he is the last of a dying breed. In a day and age where football is all about money and loyalty is rare, you get the sense that Tierney would play here for £100 a week if he was asked to.

Honestly, there is no bigger compliment I can pay him.

Good post, I agree with all of that :50:

Kieran Tierney and Celtic just seem to fit right, I hope he's here for a long time and can't imagine him being the type to have his head turned easily. Plays like a fan living the dream, albeit with bags of ability too!
