Pleased with him today, good performance. He isn't naturally the kind of performer who tackles hard and pesters his opponent, but he did it today, because he knows it's how you have to play against the huns at times in the match. Certainly no lightweight whatsoever. He controls the game magnificently through the middle, top class player.

Yes, they are the real quality in our midfield.

Ledley is reliable without being stunning, Brown blows hot & cold.

For Commons the jury is still out - he has played very well so far, but he's had a reputation for inconsistency at his previous clubs...

Don't think he was particularly good or bad today. Comfortable enough but pretty conservative with his passing with the odd poor one.

I am a big fan of Ki and the transformation in the young man in the last 12 months is unbelievable. The strength of out midfield can only be a good headache for lenny. For the majority of the game we were a man down but due to the endeavour and skill when in possesion you would never have thought it. Looking forward to getting they manky * back to paradise!!!

the pass that put sammy through on goal was world class

100% spot on ,not bad but hardly great at all not anything that any other of our midfielders couldnt do .To slow in posession at times and tbh everyone gives ledley a hard time was ki box to box today and he cant tackle worth a *.:bbpd:

This thread is pointless Ki was terrible today cant believe he stayed on the park longer than kayal and commons. Never looked like he wanted the ball unless he was back in line with our own defenders and when he did get it he either gave it straight to the rangers midfield or played one of our cbs into trouble like the time mulgrew was taken out by jelivic. Shouldnt have been in the team and celtic started slow because we moved players around positions to accomodate him and split up a brilliant strike partnership to accomodate an average player.

If he replaces anyone it won't be Kayal, he's got to be first name on the teamsheet right now.

I sometimes think that some of our fans aren't pleased with players performance against the huns if they don't either score or foul all round them. What Ki did was a play a crucial role in us controlling the game.

He dominated the 2nd half today. That pass for Samaras was stunning and he deservedly stayed on until the end.

The lad's going to be some player.

tbh Brown and Izzy lost more balls than he did, and Ki's passing was pinpoint, he had a great game

Quite the case of mass delusions going round then, someone must have put something in the water, since the majority of people on here recognise he's a decent player.

Our best central midfielder, simple as that he,s the best centre mid at the club, puts in some shift and is always looking for the ball, faultless performance today imo and could be a great player in the next few years

I'd play Brown, Kayal, Ki and Ledley in every match from now on. If I were to drop one it would be Ledley.
