Suggesting that Ki's poor form is down to a lack of support from the fans (on an internet forum!) is a riddy, an absolute riddy.

Again that is twisting my words, i have said it could be partly down to support from fans, surely if fans support you then you will play better and if they don't then you will play worse, is it such a difficult idea to grasp?

Fair enough - opinions are what make the world more interesting.

I suppose all we can do is keep fighting the good fight and try to make out the other side's opinions are a load a * :56::56::56::icon_mrgreen:

He was playing in the middle next to Kayal.

I don't think it's any coincedence most of our central midfielders have played there best next to Kayal, even an off form Kayal.

There was certainly a spell where he played on the left of midfield.

Think Kayal is the catalyst for our midfield.

If Ki plays better with Kayal doing the dirty work, then good luck to him and happy days - but he still has to roll up his sleeves and help the team defensively.

Definitely, Kayal is our best midfielder positionally and dig, closely followed by Ledley. Ledley and Ki don't work together though, which is odd to me.

Ki got shunted to the right of a 3 man midfield and then again to the left when Ledley had to cover at left back again. Played wingback as well in Europe, which was * odd but he done it well.

It's a very difficult idea to grasp given that we're voicing our opinions on internet forums.

At the games, Ki gets no more and no less pelters than anyone else in the team when playing badly.

The stick he gets is not a patch on the the stick that guys like Samaras and Lee Naylor had to endure.

Maybe theres so many people criticising ki because of the detrimental effect he can have on the team with his downsides. And he has a few downsides. Accept he isnt all he was hyped up to be. Hes not a scapegoat. Even games we win he will be criticised. He gets criticism when the team loses as do other eg brown. Why people feel so sorry for him i dont know. Hes very well off and plays football for a living. Hes no scapegoat he just isnt good enough for celtic.

Ki is a super sensative person judging from his photos. Criticising him online could be devastating. So lets all just pretend hes a superstar master passer of the ball midfield general and keep paying his wages. Under no circumstances is he to be criticised. He is the super star well all thought he was going to be from the hype.He will also take all set pieces and free kicks from now on. We as punter that spend our hard earned money following the team all over the country and abroad have no right to criticise and say anything negative. End of close the thread.
