I know most if us love keane, but if he isnt going to sign now hes aswell going NOW so we can save money for next season, as we obviously arent going to win the league now

Our credibility is already in the dumps, we could do without doing what you suggest here.
-
We have a deal with Spurs to have Keane till the end of the season, so there is really no debate.
-
Awrite, so just waste a fortune on what? if he isnt going to stay, because personally i love him, but if he doesnt want to stay he can go back now

if we have a same squad and mowbray then dont sign him if new manager and a new team id sign him .. 1 man does not make a team and he got nothing from his team mates today .. you cant score if you dont get the chances if he's any sence he should be on booking his ticket to london and get as far away from that celtic team as possible .. HE 2 thought that mowbray would come good and with the new signings he saw potential. but that isnt the case. he doesnt have the mentality to make a team want to play the players dont no weither there coming or going with him different teams different positions. strange substitutions . dropping players that played a blinder the match before ! different captains O'DEA one was a belter . the guy doesnt have what it takes as celtic manager and as a manager full stop. CELTIC FC .. keep your heads up Tiocfaidh ár lá bhoys

Somehow send him back hes just bleeding us dry for nothing i dont wana see us go hun broke for nothing.
-
we shouldnt have signed the guy in the first place

what a load of rubbish some fans spew out. Robbie Keane is a genuine star, something we have had in very short supply at Celtic Park in recent seasons. But Mowbray is that bad as a manager that he is unable to get the best out of Keano. I would say Keane would have seriously considered staying beyond this season but given how crap the team is then I am afraid he will depart as soon as possible.

him signing was a mystery to me in the first instance. TM always talks about building a "Dynasty" then brings in 5\6 players on loan. Where is the long term planning in that? I don't think we would have signed Kamara if TM had known Keane was available. For the wages he's on, we really could have gone out and bought someone with a lesser pedigree who would have been here longer than 6 months.
No doubt the guy is class and we've been crying out for someone like him, but we have too many similar players and need a CM enforcer more than another striker. -
We have a deal in place wih Spurs so its not as simple as saying sorry Robbie but our gamble never paid off, see you pal. My understanding is that Desmond is paying his wages directly, so doesnt come from celtic anyway and thus not costing us a penny. I dont think he is part of TM's plan anyway as loan players dont tally up to the team of the future he talks about. One thing im a sure of his he hasnt yet earned £65k a week on the park.

No thinking involved, sign!!
-
Don't be daft!
-
theres no way we will sign him , we can't afford the fee and desmond is not going to pay him 65,000 a week for a couple a year . keep him till the end of the season then he will head back to spurs
-
Is there any point in him being our first choice? The season is over and we need to give Rasmussen (especially), Fortune and Samaras game time. No doubt he is a good influence in the dressing room, and he is a quality player, but there is no point to him now.
-
For me, Robbie Keane has been a big disappointment since he came here in January! He has done absolutely nothing to merit being an automatic pick upfront, i don't care that he's proven down in the Premier League and so on, bottom line is that he hasn't done it up here! I have alot of sympathy for Rasmussen who has done just as much, if not more, in a fraction of playing time!
-
its the one a lot of us wanted but its not worked out how we'd hoped
-
I would love Robbie Keane to sign for us but I can't see it happening. If he's not going to be here next season then yesterday should have been his last game for us.
We need to focus on playing guys who will be here next season, like Rasmussen.
Braafheid shouldn't kick another ball either. Celtic should not be used so players like him can make the World Cup. If he's not staying then I don't want to see him start another game.
I think we have clauses for N'guemo and Kamara so happy to see them continue. -
Obviously sign him, don't see how it could happen though...

The league was over before he signed. He's here to fill those empty seats, make our fall be a spectular one with mabey the Scottish cup in our cabinet.
