    Most ridiculous post in weeks.

Keane is the most mobile striker in the SPL since Larsson and Bellamy!

Therefore making him very easy to mark yes.... :31:

And your sure Rasmussen would have scored them ehh... How many times have you seen this boy play?

There is no chance of us keeping Keane so this thread is pointless.

I'd rather strengthen elsewhere, but if Spurs would take Brown and McGeady as a trade I'd be happy enough.

    I chose Keane- because-
    1. We can build our forward line around him.
    2. More signings-means more inconsistency.
    3. Keane will bag 35 goals a season for us.

    LOL!

Again, as I said at the start

Keane doesnt want to play in scotland, so its a non starter.

But McGeady or Brown, neither would get near the spurs 1st 11

A great striker is wasted without the service his talents require. Put Keano in front of the team we had under MON and his goal ratio wud be even better than it is. U cannae build a house on weak foundations tho. List of priorities:
    a) Defence
    b) Midfield
    c) Forward line

My suggestion - accept that Keane will not be a Celtic player next season, make some additions to priorities A and then B (preferably, tough and combative British or Irish lads), then sign Stokes.

An awful lot of people on here are crazy about him, even got guys asking if he's as much of a Celtic legend as Jinky & Henke.

The same happened with Craig Bellamy, still got guys (probably the same as above) banging on about Bellamy being a * legend.

What is it with ex-Liverpool flops, who come on loan to us & don't win the league?

Def improve the team. One man aint going to solve all our problems, if that was the case we would have been saved when he came in January.

He has made a big impact but if signing him meant no more signings then its a big NO from me!!

desperately need another LB, CB a Holding CM and a Box to Box CM and probably another striker if Kamara doesn't stay, which I wouldn't be fussed about seems hot and cold.

neither are celtic legends, bellamy was yet to flop at liverpool before he came to us AND imo bellamy is a far better player than robbie keane.

We already have replacement for Keane, improve other areas in summer. I wish people would stop dreaming about Keane staying, it ain't gonna happen.

in fairness, who would we sign ??
I'd rather have robbie keane back but definately take mcmanus back, i know he's fairly *, but he'd bring a bit of drive, determination and heart back into the team which is what we need
