No idea why he isn't getting a game but perhaps Lennon is trying to acclimatise him slowly to a new footballing culture. We all know of foreign players who have failed in Britain because they couldn't get to grips with such a high-tempo, pressing game so it might just be good sense. Lennon said when Ljungberg was signed that the players bought in the summer were for the long-term, unlike Freddie who is a short-term fix.

he looks a good player and he has played RB before so why don't we play him there until he takes his chance in the midfield! we all agree that RB is our worst position at the moment so why don't we just play him there for the time being?

A common sense opinion mate. You could be correct.

I think you're being extremely harsh on Wilson there. He's not done a lot wrong. I see where you're coming from though.

I just want to see our best players play. If i'm honest I think the outstanding performances of our other players on Sunday covered up the pretty inadequate perfomance by Wilson.

Disagree completely mate. He made one indecisive decision that could have cost us, but his experience in there was key to the clean sheet.

With the ball coming onto his left foot, I don't think any other player in the squad, Ki at a push on his left, could have provided that ball with the incisiveness and quick-thinking that Ledley did for Sammy's goal. He possesses something different to all our other midfielders.
