the point i was making is our players dont get any protection, ive been watching it since the first game of the season, so we have 2 options,

1 - play teams at their own game and start dooing them, we have the players to do it!

2 - let teams bully us off the park and cower into a shell like mobrays side did at times

3 - play our own game, if refs don't give us the protection, complain like *. Juarez's reaction wasn't just because of that 1 challenge it was frustration at a serious of challenges - that was the final straw, and although he never touched him he slide in with his 2 feet with studs up :50:

Juarez dived end of. Build a bridge and get over it.

Stokes was lucky to be on the park.

But who the * cares... 3 points in a thuggy away venue and a little bit of retribution is fine by me.

i guarentee you as soon as the first whistle goes in the old firm game one of our players will get done...just to see how the ref is going to handle the game.

No yellow card? they will then proceed to boot lumps out of us, as soon as 1 of our players puts the boot in we get booked.

Thats not paranoia, thats an account of 90% of old firm games i have watched!:31:

There no doubt about it Juarez dived to con the ref he could of stayed on his feet no problem to avoid the tackle. My thinking is he is new to the country and might think that that's the way to act like they do in foreign country's but imo lennon will probably have a word in his ear about it..

I think it looked like he was trying to get out of the way, and stumbled, then made a meal out of it.

I didn't feel it was a dive. He was definitely up against it trying to avoid that *.

Sure, he made a meal of it going down, but a dive is when you throw yourself to the ground of your own volition, without any need for it. Different thing.

There is no getting away from the fact he dived m8. If it was a Rangers player there would be no doubt in anyone's mind. He had time to read the paper and then avoid the tackle imo.

Failing to avoid a tackle is not the same thing as a dive.

Wasn't my point m8, there were a view previous posts that said he had to avoid the tackle there wasn't really a tackle to avoid imo. Was a classic example of a player playing for the foul except the killie player never touched him and made juarez look stupid.

Pretending you've been mauled, although you weren't even touched-diving. Pretending you've been mauled when you were tackled, but not terribly-overselling a foul(bit of wrestling jargon there).

as it was mentioned before, diving to avoid contact isn't the same as diving to imply there was contact and then making a meal of it once you hit the ground. it was a dive but not intended to decieve. i'd prefer not to see that but i can live with it for now
