Jozo Simunovic

He either wants away, or his confidence has been knocked by the players around him constantly putting him under pressure.
No way the Jozo of last season let’s the ball just bounce over him like that.

As said above, I’m still under the impression that he could be a class player, and if he stays, I’d be happy for him to play against Zenit alongside a new signing.

Think his confidence is a bit away from the number of injuries recently, he is a class player, and as said before you don't just become * overnight.

Capper going be first choice when boys come back. Brendan rates boyata as other first choice.
Would prefer ajer more first team footballer than jozo.

 

Won't be surprised if we sell him, but I'll be disappointed.

 

I think your right I would see Sviatchenko as being the more likely to be sold this January. Time will tell though as there does seem to be something going on with Simunovic as for sure he has been inconsistent with his form this season and Ajer fully deserves to be in the team ahead of Simunovic right now.

 

Absolutely ridiculous if that is the case. Ajer is a superior footballer to Hendry from what I have seen.

Especially if Dundee apparently now want £1.5 million for him.

Would sell Sviatchenko and Boyata before Simunovic but if we got offered a good bid for Jozo I would sell. Not because I don’t think he is good enough but because of his injury problems. If we sold him I would want the majority of that money brought in to be spent on a quality experienced centre half that still has plenty of years left.

 

A fit happy Jozo is a very good centre back, he's rarely fit though

 

I know Big Jozo hasn’t been on greatest form but * me that would be a complete riot of a move.

 

I don't think we will sell him in the January window, more likely in the summer.
But if we do get an offer we feel we can't refuse (e.g. 7million+) then thats fine by me.
After the last few games, I would be comfortable with Ajer and Boyata against Zenith

Im.just gonna post somethinf but i will get alot of hate our centre halves havent been helped by dodgy passing from gordon and lustig constantly putting them.under pressure we need a new RB and GK you know exactly what lustig is gonna do before he gets the ball and hes consistently making out centre halfs turn to get a dodgy back pass its been common place all season

So my point being is jozo is a really good centre half but not being helped by your own team causing you problems

 

Diddnt he sign new contract last year. Wouldn't try ship boyata out door first since he not willing to sign new deal
