    People saying hes injury prone because he's been out for ages but that's only because he was playing with a broken bone in his * leg! This is his first major injury once we get him fit and starting he will prove what a good player he is! Would be madness to sell him now

    Sept 2015, from reports we paid 5mil euros for Jozo. At the then rate of exchange that would have been around £3.7m. If we sell him now for 4mil Euros, in today's exchange that will be around £3.4m. Think BR has maybe said he's happy with what he's got and we don't know how Jozo will respond to the surgery. If he's off, wish the Lad well.

    Almost £4m for a seemingly injury prone CB that is third or fourth in our defensive pecking order?

    I'll take that all day long. Need to get a new CB in now though as cover.

    If he signs, this leaves us with 3 natural competent CBs - Kolo, Sviatchenko and O'Connell. I think Brendan has seen enough of Janko, Gamboa and Lustig will compete for the RB position. So 1 more CB is needed.
