I think that would represent a decent bit of business for us as he isn’t making it here I don’t think. He has something about him as a finisher but I just don’t think the rest of his game looks up to what we need.

With the new lad coming in, it doesn't look good for Kenny and game time.
That said, does it look like CO would get game time either?

Beside the point that last bit there.

I've liked the look of him and wish we would start utilising a buy back feature at times.

Sell him for a million, but have a 2 year buy back of £3m or something in a contract.

Barcelona done it with Crosas when he was here as well, they never took the option which is fine. But it gives a little bit of a different protection from just the percentage of fee, and certainly for commitment and long term approach for the players development.

I'd be loaning him to League 1. Bangs in goals down there you're looking at multiple millions from some championship no-marks.

We'd have to offer him a new contract, if I was him I wouldn't sign it as that could just leave him in limbo again.

He exceeded my expectations and provided a bit of cover towards the end of the season. I don't think it's been a failure really. We have at least seen him make a break through. I'd like us to do similar more often. Don't really like the saying but can't think of a better one - got to speculate to accumulate.

Tbh I had zero expectations when he signed and that has never really changed.

Will he ever become a first team regular? Unfortunately not so let’s move him on to see if we can uncover another diamond.

Probably best for all parties he moves on.

You don't get long to make the breakthrough at Celtic, and if you don't show some defining qualities in a short period of time, you are not going to make it here.

I trust Brendan's judgement on this one, and with Callum Osmand on the horizon, I think that is the better bet.

I would agree. If we can get anywhere close to 1m euro for him take the money and move on probably best for Kenny's career and for us.

I think he’s a good player and will do really well somewhere but at Celtic we need top strikers so you can be very, very good and still not be good enough.

I think he would potentially smash it down south on loan then you might be looking at a decent fee afterwards. Probably the route I’d go.

With Osmand signed I think there is a very good chance we sell Kenny now this summer and really its probably best for him to further his own career.

If niether of them are better than Idah they should forget football and sign up for a joinery course.
