Lennon rates him, he's played for Celtic twice that laddie, left the youths went to rangers, Lennon went to his house convinced him to come back, Celtic got fined 100k by huns. Now he's at Hibs

    Just can't get enough
I want him signed in January and kept at loan to hibs for the rest of the season, he is a natural replacement for brown

Thought I'd reply to this here.

Inflation just doesn't affect the Scottish game the way it does down south.

If anything, players in the SPL, playing for regular clubs, are worth even less these days. Brown was transferred at the tail end of the SPL boom, Scottish football has declined hugely even since then.

James McCarthy left for a maximum of three mil, that's an even more accurate bar than Brown. McCarthy was better, younger and had just come off a great season at a level McGinn has yet to fully shine at.

He's never worth Brown money, or more.

    Meh, decent performance.

Passing looked above SPL standard at times, didn't see much Broony like braking up of play, thought that was what he was all about.

Player there, just not 100% convinced it's the heir to Brown that's so often peddled.

Not saying he's poor, or not good enough to reach the standard of an Armstrong/McGregor, just not entirely convinced, but I don't see enough of him.

Thought McGeouch played well today. He was just about to break into our team when he got injured against Real Madrid. I didn't realise he's still only 24.

McGinn done great battling and outmuscling most of our players, got pace and drive but his final ball is definitely lacking though I think he'd be great in Broony role for us. We should sign this lad, he never really panicked on the ball either was obviously just told to play diagonals at every chance which showed he has a good range of passing.

McGeouch was better than him, again.

If McGinn is worth £5m * knows what McGeouch would be worth.

Amazing what people see in a game. I seen him as one of hibs worst midfielders, panicking and loosing the ball.

He touched the ball a few times, I found that very impressive.

We should offer 10 million for him, just to test the water, so to speak.

No surprises he went quiet when Brown, Armstrong and McGregor were back in.

Didn't think he was in the game yesterday...

I like him, would sign him but not for over £2m.
