Didn't actually realize he'd only have a year left on his deal, wouldn't go any higher than 2 million then, although i still think he'd be a decent addition.

Lennon is protecting his club. He has stated a figure they hope to get half of.
2.5m. Why to * not, more money for our competition in the league. That's how we build our league up. When teams stop sending their top talent to England for buttons!
If we are expecting 5-12 million for some of our talent, then Hibs or Dons should take that as the top end of the SPL.

I'm sure i read somewhere his great grandfather was the Celtic Chairman Jack McGinn, He looks a decent player, he stuck out like a sore thumb in the hibs game. Hibby mate says his form can be hot and cold at times.

Aye. Not great memories of old Jack though. Remember the week he died we played the filth at CP. They had a huge banner "Jack McGinn rot in *." Cops confiscated it quick enough.

Lenny's quite right, McGinn is worth £5m these days. Just not to us.

Thats doesn't surprise me at all huns will stoop to any level, part of the reason they become hated in Scotland and a complete laughing stock. :)

Said it after Saint Mirren beat us in the semi final that we should sign him. Great wee player. Been saying it for years.

They also couldn't understand why we and their club would want to commemorate the famine, one * said something like maybe we (as in Hibs) should commemorate national chip shop day.

Hibs will sing and shout about their Irish roots when it suits them but when push comes to shove they wet the bed, they don't want to upset their favourite Glasgow club albeit they are dead.

I know mate I've seen them call us tattie pickers on their forum. I actually know the boy who went on their forum and asked the question about them commemorating the famine and the replies to the thread were * laughable. Ranged from whats the famine got to do with Hibs? To Leave that sectarian * to the ugly sisters :87:

Oh but they'll shout from the rooftops about how they were the first Irish club here and we stole their idea and they'll fly tricolours but will they get a backbone and make a statement? Nah, Hibernian football club - denying their history, heritage and appeasing their hun masters since 1875.

I live with a hibs fan and to be honest his form is awful, which my mate bangs on about. I watch a lot of the games with him. He’s not been very good this year at all. Disappears all the time.
However Bartley I think is the real unsung hero of that team.
