    People tend to remember that’s we were amazingly defensively against barca, tend to forget that same CL campaign we scored the most goals for any Scottish club in the CL group stage.

    We can all debate about the quality of the player , but Brendan must be at breaking point with Lawwell after this shambles.

    I think it says everything about the mentality of John McGinn that he viewed England as a dream move.

    Scott Brown was in the same poistion ten years ago but he rejecterd England to sign for us... and he didn't even grow up as a Tim.

    It's no loss and this only confirms it. But the board have * up.

    Please STOP having a go at McGinn & Hibs. All the blame for this debacle sits with our board. BR had McGinn down in his top 3 wish list. That's a goner now. Our board are a DISGRACE.

    You know what the difference is there? We showed him we wanted him, we went in, didn’t * about, brought him in and done it early.

    TBH, I'm not fussed we missed out on this one, but I can understand why some are * off.

    I'd rather we shop overseas as there is far better VFM. We are the 'cash cow' of the SPL and our domestic rivals take the financial * when dealing with us (and I can understand why they do). We criticise the EPL for the creation of stupid player valuations - let's not support that nonsense!

    McGinn will get rich at AV and now it's up to him to see if he can go on to make that obscenely rich. I'm happy for him.
