    Rangers also made a move for him after he left us and he told david murray that he thanked him for the offer but he just couldnt play for rangers because of his love for our club and the fans. John hartson is one of us, end off.

    Utterly disgraceful post and not even true in the slightest. BBJ is certainly not treating us like "daftys" at all. John Hartson as a reporter must be impartial. So what if he slated Celtic before? He calls it as it is and I respect that. What about the praise BBJ gives or when he sticks up for us? I'll tell you something, I've seen far more praise for Celtic from Hartson than I have negative comments.

    I have nothing but respect and admiration for John Hartson. When he played for Celtic he gave his all and fought for the club, a club which he now loves. Certainy one of my favourites. The tattoo is class aswell, love it. Hail Hail big man

    The majority of players that sign for either club will have no pre-conceived preference between the two - and why should they? John Hartson is Welsh. Why should he care about either club before he signed?

    The fact that a non-Celtic fan clearly became a Celtic fan over the course of his stay should tell you all you need to know about the man's love for the club. In fact, you could argue that this is a much purer way of becoming a fan because there is no indoctrination (which is pretty much how all of us come to support our clubs if we are being honest)!

    dont mind a book, but when it starts and ends up as volumes. BBJ was well paid when he was here, never heard from better players, writing books BBJ is worth the watching.

    butch calls BBJ a judas * because he has criticised Celtic in the paper. This is coming from butch who has over 2000 posts on here and more than half of them are probably slating the club/manager/player/fans in one way or another.

    he knows what Celtic is all about, he knows what the fans are all about and he LOVES it.

    As a Swansea fan as far i'm aware John, despite being a lifelong Swans fan and always at our games, doesnt have a Swans tattoo.

    that is evidence enough how much Celtic have touched his heart.

    Love the Big man. say it all the time, legend.

    Swans fans have chanted his name regularly when spotted in the ground and he's considerd a Swansea legend. *, he's even listed as a "icon" on football manager for the Swans. considering he never played for us that shows how much he is loved.

    Swansea and Celtic together.
