Amazing that there's no solid consensus on wages, but I guess most agree 20k is our max. They're always waffling on about reducing wages though in the annual reports.

I don't see Gudetti as a money grabber and I assume he will want to stay here for the good of his career until the summer anywhere. A few goals in Europe could get him even more noticed.

This isn't a money thing with Guidetti he's on 10K per week just now, if anything offer his the same but with a goal bonus on top. He desperately needs a goal to kick on again, don't see the point is shelling out 3M for him, everyone jumped the gun on him thinking he's sensational, he can be at times but obviously inconsistent.

The thing worrying me is all those saying his blip is a good thing, not for me..

I see it when he's loving life, hearing the manager saying we fit like a glove and him being the main man to a guy who potentially could think at the.minute that all that's in jeopardy and it's not happening for him here..

    He's a quality player, i hope he see's his future here ..

Haha, no way mate. I imagine Broony's on 25,000 a week. And imagine the * players we'd have for 5-10k a week...

I think aswell we should bring in Ciftci instead. Better player, much cheaper wages.

I thought it was widely accepted that Brown is in the region of 25k?

If nobody in midfield is willing to take a player on it's not so easy to unsettle the opposing defense. What you get is a lot possession which is really what you want, but you've also got to take some risks to pull players out of position and allow the strikers to play on the shoulder.

I don't think Guidetti's form dipped, but he may be getting a bit frustrated. But really i think you need someone picking that ball up in midfield and take on the central midfielder. I'm not sure if you'd want holding midfielder's to do that and we shouldn't have to always go via Izzy to get the ball to Guidetti.

So their is a slight problem with a few nervy guys in the team and this has been our main problem.

Guidetti just hit a bad patch , playing the lone striker wont help either i think we should go with JG & LG as our front two and the goals will come. Fancy the big man to grab a couple against partick and kick on from it

We need a player in midfield who can pass the ball .
I thought Biton was going to be that guy but its not happened yet .

I see it as when he was scoring a goal per game he probably started seeing big things for himself, as anyone would, and maybe started seeing himself playing for Real Madrid or something like that, so when the goal drought hit it might have just brought his feet back down to earth a little bit. Once he's signed to a four year contract he can get as big of aspirations as he wants but hopefully his current spell has made him realize that Celtic might just be his spot at the moment and he shouldn't get ahead of himself in terms of making the move to a richer club just yet.

The thing is, he's guaranteed a lot of football here right now. Would he walk into that Marseille team? I'm not so sure, I think we're the best team for him going into 2015.

I absolutely would not break the wage structure for John Guidetti.

He has not shown enough to simply walk-in and top the earners list. It would * me off... so imagine how Broony, etc. would feel.
