[Link] Joey Barton

Did you see him play last season? He has been a class player in the premier league for years, to put that down to other players being scared of him is ridiculous. Not that I'm trying to defend any of his previous actions.

 

He was very good at Newcastle last year. We can't afford him though.

 

After watching that Newcastle v Arsenal game today I wouldn't have Joey Barton anywhere near our club. If he offered to play for free I'd still tell him to get tae *.

This guy is a total * scumbag. The brass neck of the * to drag Gervinho up off the ground and have a go at him for cheating then 5 seconds later collapse to the ground pretending he'd been punched!!

The guy is a * ned. You only have to look at him to see it. Total * of a man. I know he won't be coming to Celtic so it's all irrelevant but I'd be absolutely fuming if Celtic let that thug pull on the Hoops.

 

He is a decent player but them antics are not what we need, went down as if he was hit with a tyson right at his peak, far too much trouble, dont even get me started on his haircut

I totally agree. He is a complete and utter scumbag and showcased today exactly who he is once again against Arsenal. The guy can play. But for me I don't care if he was Larsson good and we could afford his wages I would never want a person who is nothing short of a thug playing and representing Celtic.

 

Can you imagine Barton in an Old Firm game?! There is absolutely no chance he'd be able to keep it together in that sort of atmosphere.

The guy's behaviour is a total disgrace and Alan Pardew came out after the game and tried to defend him. Just shows what a wankstain he is as well.
