Joe Ledley transfer?

good player but very unlikely to happen imho

 

I rate him, good player and would do a turn in a leauge like spl

 

I actually said on here a few days back about Ledley. I think that given the rumoured financial problems with Cardiff * he could be looking for a move to a club with less off field troubles. He would find an offer from us really attractive I think. He would do a job for us too. Be a good signing if it came off.

Other than Adam Johnson I would say he is the best player in the championship!

 

I would love to have Ledley in the Hoops for years to come, but if I'm going to be greedy I hope we can get him for a nominal fee this transfer window to help our push to be champions.

 

they usually come in useful for filling the LB and LM positions

 

We have loads of midfielders, however how many currently supply the same amount of goals as we got from Petrov ? I think this guy could give us this option again.

Ledley, unfortunately for us, is a quality player which means he'll be heading for the EPL. Everton would love to have him as would Villa and some others too. Unless he is a supporter he's not gonna choose the SPL over the EPL.

 

Defo not a Cardiff fan m8, too much nonsense from the fans a long time ago just because I'm from Newport. Newport County were still going then, so it is some time ago. I got jumped on Cardiff train station by a few lads, one of whom was a cousin of a friend who knew I was a Newport lad and therefore that made me fair game!

I started the South Wales CSC. Don't know if you're a member or not but I gave up the running of the club and Terry Palfrey took over. We had some great trips up in the beginning of the clubs formation. I'm now disabled and so don't get to the games like I used to, my last game was October 2008.

He will move to the EPL .. However for hose who say we don't need any midfielders in an ideal world we would replace current players such as Robson , Flood , Mizuno even McCourt with players like Ki , Stilic and Ledley .. It's the only way we will really improve and compete in Europe.

Would be an awesome signing but I think there would be too many top half EPL teams sniffing ie. Everton, Villa, Fulham and Sunderland.

You will be saying why would someone go to Sunderland and not us but it is quite simple they are fighting for European football and may well get it, they also play the likes of arsenal, chelsea, liverpool and man u twice a season.

Lets just see what TM can do. Things are looking up with the big dutch bhoy signing and we are still actively seeking St Ledger which means we may have 2 brand new CB's. At least he has idetified that as the problem area not like WGS who said he would need £30mil to replace them 2 donkeys

 

Get yourself to Dempseys, right opposite the castle next time you're in Cardiff. There should be someone there who can sort you out with contact for the CSC. The craic is great there to watch the games if you don't go up,although the travel to and from Cardiff just to watch the game in a pub might be pointless when you could watch it in your own local or at home.

I think you'd be mad to travel at the moment with this weather.
