He’s brilliant and I don’t have any complaints.

I’d definitely say Forster is a better shot stopper, but Hart’s leadership and attitude means he’s the better choice for us IMO.

People keep wanting everything from every player, and I understand that, and always want to see the team/club improve myself...

But, in honesty... Hart is about as good as we're likely to be able to entice to Scotland. He's strong in 90% of what he does and is 'just' very good in the other parts...

It'd take a truly astounding bit of transfer activity to usurp him from No1 spot, in my opinion. And we need much more elsewhere...

My issue isn't with Hart for the goalkeeping position, my worry is if he gets injured as our back ups are a massive downgrade on him. In most positions we have a couple of players of a similar enough standard that can be rotated, or used for injury cover, but to go from Hart to Bain or Barkas is a scary level of drop in standards, and is something that really needs addressed in the summer. I also think some genuine competition would be good for him, to keep him focussed.

Do think he shouldve done better for the goal needs to be more flexible and stick a leg out at it imo , but he made up for it later with the Airfield save, that cancelled out the error

Think he has been a great signing more so for his surprising leadership qualities thought he was coming up here thinking he was better than the league etc,,, like most down south

Ah mate, I agree with the strength part 100% and have no issues with people saying likewise. It's folk who are going on about his 'glaring weaknesses' as if we should just upgrade or buy similar, but younger quality... I don't think they appreciate how lucky we are to have Hart in the first place.

But like some have said, an ideal situation would be a prospective keeper, about 25-28ish, with some manner of experience in something who would become Hart's understudy for next 2-3years and look at being the long-term replacement. Very hard purchase though...

Totally agree. That's why I was surprised we decided to extend Bain's contract and think we should have tried for Dundee Utd's keeper or someone similar but definitely better than Bain and Barkas

Probably being deliberately controversial to get views up for their * little podcast. If they actually believe what they are saying though they are thicker than they look, which I am struggling to believe is possible.

His confidence must have been shot from the past couple of years, especially being told by his manager he wasn't fit to be back up. He's come in, not taken our league for granted and won 2 trophies.

He's been absolutely crucial, wasn't convinced when signed and thought he was a bit of * too..

But, he's shown calmness, experience, humility and class..

So, impressed with everything about him..
