We looked defensively tight with him and Forrest on that side.. they earmarked that side as a danger too and stacked it with players..

He was probably shocked by the lack of options when the ball came to him, our midfield were totally dominated..

Poor game, could tell his disgust for the surface. Which was * disgraceful. Trying to sell your product on that piece of * :40:

Weirdly thought he was good until the sending off. Then he was atrocious.

I thought he had a good first half, but constantly tripped over himself the second.

It's embarrassing to play on that surface.

I thought he was exceptionally poor. Maybe it is a case of needing to get up to match fitness and settle into the team, but that was really poor.

    He was very poor.

I would like to see him been more positive at times. He takes the easy option far too often for my liking, just like Lustig does. But the difference is he has the pace and should be using it.

Probably worst surface he's ever played on.

Was good for the first 2 minutes of the game when he overlapped Forrest and burst forward.

Pretty * overall though. I’ll blame it on the pitch.

He does not get to the bye line enough. Too many inside passes today instead of taking a man on.

    An up and down game.

Kept going. He's still not fit...people need to remember the guy hasn't played competitive football all season.

Maybe. I understand he has to get up to speed, but based on that he is miles off. He was poor Thursday too. At this rate, by the team he gets up to speed he will be ready to leave.
Weah and Burke hadn't played much before they arrived and have settled quicker. I am not writing him off, but the excuses are going to run out soon.

One player I would like to see do well, very poor going forward today sloppy passing and control albeit on a aptly named rugby park pitch the likes of which he has probably never encountered.

Don't care how bad anyone played today as only the end result mattered and I am sure we will see him get better with time and fitness.
