    I agree he is a good player but when he wants to be, and his age is a worry, id much rather we bought Huseklepp who looks a much better target man and has experience at international level

    Think him and Hooper would be good together but Id much rather have an out and out target man but think Lennon wants someone with height and pace and good on the ball but most target men are good in the air with not alot of pace, e.g. rasmussen

    It remains to be seen if Bothroyd could do a better job than the most underrated player in the squad, Anthony Stokes.

    But with Samaras and Murphy as the only back-ups we desperately need a quality striker in.

    According to Wales Online Lennon have been in touch with players agent.

    But I still expect Bothroyd to take his time to make any final decision. Just like Commons, Stokes etc. he needs a break from football for a while.
