    Aye, he speaks Italian.

Apart from that, he did well at the start of the season but how many goals since his call-up? 4. Compared to about 20 from Long.

Apparently he doesn't do much of the target man dirty work. He is more of a Samaras than a Hartson.

I'd rather we went back in for Erik Huseklepp than Bothroyd tbh, Hiuseklepps equally as good in the air and has a much better attitude and work rate. Fair enough Bothroyds on a free but Huseklepp wont cost too much!

One of, if not the most naturally gifted footballers to play for us over the years. For the past few seasons he has been instrumental in us winning any of our matches(The team was built around him, if he wasn't in the team they didn't have a clue). I really wish we could could keep him because he is ridiculously talented, as shown by his 20 goals in the first half of the season and his England call up.

However, for the 2nd half of this season he's shown the qualities that have seen him fail time and time again at previous clubs, mainly his poor attitude and ow work rate. Based on the past few months, I certainly wouldn't shed a tear if he left, which is a shame as he was on his way to becoming a City hero.

EDIT: If it's worth anything, he was much, much more important to us that Ledley ever was.

Sunderland want him but i only see him as back up for them and a squad player Qpr want him and could offer big wages and chance in the prem and i dare say he would start most games .

there is no question he has ability and has a better than average goal scoring record, but I dont think he fits into Lenny's work ethic. He's not a hooper who continuously works his socks off. He will be wanting Primiership wages so £20k to £25k a week could get us a better all round player .

Hmm.. interesting. I'm not sure Lennon would suffer this sort of attitude, it's either give all you've got or don't bother turning up. He's done that a few times this season when Hooper wasn't firing on all cylinders.

If he wants to progress with the England call up he'd be better staying in England.. the last we had a player England were screaming out for (LM - Thommo) they gave him one cap and never called him back.. he was playing fantastic football for us and in Europe each season but was constantly over looked because he played up here.
