would not mind this at all. id rather have bothroyd than long.

 

wouldn't mind me tbh, seems like the big strong guy that could match the playing style of Hooper or Stokes, they he would be used could provide useful

 

bothroyd is a free and would cost less but his attitude * stinks long has a better attitude and work rate aswell also scored more goals in a weaker side aswell

would take long over him any day

as much as I would like them both I would be more inclined to take big JB, only because I'm assuming Sammy's three year contract is to get a better fee for him to move on and JB offers something different to what Hooper and/or Stokes does, whereas as much as I would like Long he kinda more of the same and my thinking would be that when there a games were we are struggling with the game we would need a JB option rather then Long if that makes sense

All depends on what cadiff do in the play offs a think, would be a great signing tho. I have watched Cardiff a few times this season, due to me being a huge fan of Bellamy, and Bothroyd has lloked superb. Him and hooper would be a great partnership

Let me reiterate again what I've said before. Bring back Scott McDonald. That was one of the biggest mistakes Mowbray ever made in his disastrous reign here, selling Skippy.

Bring back McDonald and bring in Shane Long too. That is one mighty strikeforce right there, along with Hooper, Stokes, Murphy and Samaras (unless either Murphy or Sammy get sold).
