have to say gravesen has not really impressed me so far. gravesen's lack of discipin defensively would havee been a big threat, no one wanted to go down, that's why strachan sent a defensively team on the pitch.

 

Disagree. Yes, in the past few weeks he's played crap, but last night was his best game for us in a while. Sat back and turned the defence into a five man one when needed to, yet played the midfield role well again.

He didnt sell the goal actually. If you go back to the very start of the attack, it was Sno who lost the ball on the edge of their 18 yard line. Lennon tried to tackle Kaka but was brushed off, and McManus never really had a chance.

I still think Sno had a pretty ok game though. He maybe could've came off a bit earlier in the game I think.

 

i thought the big guy did alright last night to be honest. I was surprised to see him come off infront of Sno. Sno was iffy all night. Jarosik grafted up and down the pitch all night, won possession on a good number of occasions. The only reason I could see Strachan took him off because he was shattered, at least he looked it running off the pitch.

Gravessen is not front, if not mid-field player. Tendrian that to have removed Sno and to have put to miller with forward of 3
