    I would like to revamp 'fritz a grand ol team' as its a bit old and cheesey, needs some fat beats
    I dont think it would be wise to go all out attack and leave that back 4 exposed anymore. I would play 5 in the midfield and get big Ki on if hes fit, he can pick out good passes to fortune. I would start fortune leading the line and play a midfield with mcgeady, nguemo, ki, zeng zi and robson. Nguemo can sit behind and protect the back four. I would honestly rather that than go all gung ho and end up losing at this stage as that could be really costly.. need to use the heed!

    any player with a bit of savvy would know there are only three players to stifle in the rangers team and you would be half roads there. its no use me saying as i am sure you would all agree double up on millar, bougherra, and Davis the full 92min and the rest are ruining around on empty this zonal marking is only an a excuse to blind the fact of the bad defenders that are at parkhead put them on they guys double up, at least they might just get in there road and save us from a defeat

    Do you really want us to double up on 3 players for an entire game or have I picked you up totally wrong on that?

    is it a bad thing, you stop those three play and you will win the game thats for sure davis in pertictular as they do it on aiden and skippy more so aiden

    Honestly can't see that working - 6 players marking three of theirs for the entire game doesn't leave us much room for creativitiy, especially when one of the players you think should be double man marked is a defender.

    I just don't see the logic of it.

    put frotune on the defender bougherra with skippy when we attack same hieght nock the ball down chance , put robson and lovens on millar when they attack , put nguemo and fox on davis and if the rest of celtic cant beat the rest of them well we are fecked big time

    forget all that ,all we need to do is show we want it more by harassing the * out them when they got possesion for the full [ 98 mins if we winning by 1 goal ] and take our chances ,we also have to defend as a team which we havent been doing if we dont have the ball every1 is a defender that is the diffrence between us and them ,do this and home advantage should take care of itself.

    Tell you what, if our players show as much trepidation towards the game on 3 Jan as some of the posters have shown on this thread, then we truly are fecked.

    We know how frail we are at the back. Not a new problem and needs fixed. However, that said and despite our failings, the huns are there for the taking.
    As you say, if we want it more, we'll do them. * fearing them.

    We scored first against D.U. and aganst Hearts and went down 2.1 in both games,M'well scored 1st and went in at the break 2.1 down

    i also believe if your right footed play on the right side none of this smart stuff with unskilled players playing on the wrong side of the park total waste of time, alright
    if they have skill and we are trying to beat man u in a one of game no the spl

    Thats true, but this is celtic v rangers. I think the team that starts better & goes a goal up will have the advantage. They'll match us man for man, more than any other team in the spl. So it's vital we start well at home & go a goal up, keep the fans on our side. Rangers aren't much worse than us this season!

    we would all love to believe that was gonna happen but weir has been thier rock in the spl since his arrival and has been the best defender in the spl by a distance .
