Well we play CL , so does Celtic .. no offense but its a real plus you play CL instead of uefa cup. CL is sort of the highest level for a footballer so I understand he feels extra attracted to Celtic because you play CL as well.

We know about the Scottish Champions League places and its quite harsh you have to play a qualifier or something to play CL.. even if you are champion .. it sucks .. UEFA MAFIA . right ?

 

I hope he does gman85, no hard feelings if he leaves cause it would be a real good move .. but we surely dont mind if he stays. He is very popular cause of his attitude and abilities. I like his working, after all .. football begins with a decent attitude towards the game ..

I think he really loves Celtic and playing CL is just a real big plus. Of course he plays CL with PSV as well but he has been here for a long time now .. and I understand it when he wants a move to the Scottish league. Pls dont think he is arrogant/money driven because he really is NOT !

FFS He comes to the stadium with a friggin bicycle instead of driving in a expensive car ... he has a very professional attitude towards the game and is totally .. I say totally not money driven .. I understand he wants a nice salary because he gets that at PSV as well.... he has his costs as well I think

well if hes a good as you say he is, we'll be getting a quality buy m8.

I just know that Celtic have a habit of getting transfers to this point and always fecking them up somehow.

 

ah ok .. I understand .. its a lot of money I know but its football these days. . .. Celtic and PSV dont have high budgets and transfers are needed sometimes to make some money.

He is quality .. his headers are amazing and physically he is very good.. Dont expect Ronaldinho tricks from him tough

about CL : Yes we are straight in those ugly Uefa baskets .. Ill look up which basket we in because am not sure wheter we are in 1 or 2 .. .. Champions last season

 

His quality is the last thing that I think is in question... the guy comes off the bench for Holland internationally. Im sure he'd be an elite player here.

We have to look at our options, this is one we need to make good on, we need a player like this.

 

yeah your right, we need a target man, but as for the Dutch International status, Bobby Petta got a couple of call ups, and i think Fernando Ricksen has about the same amount of caps has VOH, dont get me wrong i've seen him play and have always been impressed.

 

Yeah well Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink is not the main striker of our national team. Klaas Jan Huntelaar probably is these days and Van Nistelrooy wont even be selected I think cause he has a fight with van Basten.

He does not have that many caps true .. he doesnt get a lot of playtime because he is about the 3rd striker of our squad. After Dirk Kuyt I think. .

Ricksen is our orange shirt not worthy .. he is crap and is arrogant. He doesnt get selected anymore luckily.

 

In that case let's hope that when he puts his wage demands before the Celtic board he isnt told to " Get oan yer bike mate!"

I heard about Portsmouth not being interested anymore in your other striker.
