vaughan was on an emergency loan at crystal palace which doesn't count under fifa rules so it can still happen

football league clubs can still loan after the window shuts as long as its a domestic loan i think, might be wrong

Yeah, as far as I was aware it was an emergency loan. Loan starts immediately for a maximum of 3 months.
