I would take bellamy any day of the week. He doesn't need to play 3 games per week for us. We can rotate in spl. He is a fantastic talent and his pace would be very welcome.

    1. bellamy was one of man city's best players that season there. All of the city fans are begging mancini to name him in the 25 man squad . So he cant be that bad. :56:

    2. Juninho didnt sign on loan mate. It was a free transfer :86:

Last season 26 starts plus 6 sub appearances and 10 goals.

Not bad considering the wealth of talent Man City have, I don't think there's anything to suggest he's finished - especially for playing in the SPL.

Bellamy was one of the best players in the EPL last season. Ithink McFaddens best days are behind him aswell but i'm not saying he would fail up here because lets face it both of them could play average and would end up with double figures for goals and assists. On the other hand i completly agree with the bold. The amount of money we've spent on loans + wages for loans we could have just bought a solid player that would last for 3-4 years.

manchester City striker Craig Bellamy fears he may only have two years left in his career.
Bellamy, 30, has been dogged by injuries, mainly a knee problem, and feels the end could be on the horizon.
He is currently suffering from a groin problem that saw him miss Wales' victory against Scotland at the weekend.
Bellamy told Sky Sports: "I know there are not four or five years ahead of me with the injuries I have had.

"Maybe I have got one or two years at the most. It will be all over before I know it, so I am just enjoying it."

Mcadden and Sammy either side of Hooper?? Think this would work. If we do get him can see us selling Maloney or Fortune.

sorry but what has hooper done to make u feel he is so good, now if it was CB as forward then that is totally different, but hooper.......mnnnnnnnnn im not so sure, but one thing we can agree on, mcfadden is a must for our team, he would be brilliant for us, brilliant, and would suit celtic, the same way naka, and lubo and collins and mcstay did, he has that magic quality,

Hooper has 2 goals from 2 games and his link up play looks good he can't do much more.

IMO Bellamy is in a different league to McFadden. I genuinely dont believe Bellamy would be out of place in any side in Europe. I think he is top, top class. However, i dont think he'll join us simply beacause we cant afford even the half of his wages.

As for McFadden, i still think he's a decent player. But to be honest it wouldn't matter what he was like..... any deal involving us gettin rid of Scott "2nd touch is a sliding tackle, i cant pass a ball" Brown is a good deal!!!
