AgrentGerry in his interview said he's the best player in Ireland, he was asked, whos the best players Celtic should look out for, He said James McClean.

 

Not interested atm we need to focus on first teamers and not 'potential'

Other than for that reason, unless he's a drastically better player than Niall McGinn, which I don't hear from anybody, I see no reason at all to sign him.

 

Liam Coyle was a fantastic talent who was on the verge of signing for Man United before a bad tackle in a european game almost ended his career. He managed to make a comeback but was never quite the same player. He would have been great for Celtic or any of the big UK clubs but we'll never know what he could have done now.

Mc Clean is ok but has a lot of improving to do, i don't think he's ready for Celtic just yet.

Peterbourgh utd have agreed a fee with dcfc. Mc clean now discussing personel terms with them, reported on bbc radio foyle just now.

He'd be nothing more than a squad player here anyway and we hardly need any more of those.
