Would only take him if Armstrong is off, even then I’m sure there’s better and younger out there

Dire footballer, I used to always slaughter him as he's * poor on the ball, can barely control it or pass it 10 yards but he has came onto a game in the last year or two as more of an attacking midfielder. In the centre or as a holding player he is rank rotten but he's been quite effective at Palace as someone who breaks into the box and is a workhorse who is more allowed to roam and defend from the front.
Never Celtic class though when we have big Tam, Rogic, Armstrong and guys who are vastly superior footballers. Too scrappy and limited ability for us.Tommy25 likes this. -

I doubt it would happen. I actually don't mind him. He's a reasonable quality player. He may be a reasonable cover for Armstrong and a decent person to attack for a goal in the last 20 minutes but I think he will stay at Palace. A club where there are no real expectations and lots of money.

Get this to *...If we gonna be signing attacking mids they gotta be same quality of Rogic/Armstrong or better. Really can't see us chasing a bang average player like him when everything Brendan has been saying has been along the lines of, strengthening, improving, adding quality. Also we (and the press) generally don't know who we're signing until it's pretty much wrapped up.

Made to look good because McCarthy at Hamilton, the same way Kevin Thomson looked good beside Brown at Hibs. How he gets game in the Premiership is beyond me, utterly * player.

1 of the most chronic midfielders I've ever seen for Scotland. Like a dog chasing it's own tail when he's trying to get the ball under control..
Get this Hun * to * out of here.. -
