There's no way that Forrest should be the one getting slated after tonight. He never contributed much but I think he was more involved in the game than Armstrong, Johansen and GMS combined. People just jump on his back over nothing it's pretty tiresome.

On a positive note, he tracked back well a few times tonight.

All exempt from criticism it seems . Would love to hear the comments if Commons or stokes had performed in that manner tonight .

Clowns the lot of you, he was better than GMS and Armstrong by far and was the only person who actually had the bravery to take a man on.

He got half a yard on his man once, and then hit a cross against him. Any other time he tried to go past him, the full back had the beating of him. Mackay-Steven & Armstrong were also both poor tonight granted, but Forrest has been poor for a long time now. He is a waste of a jersey. Too many people still see him as a young boy, he isn't. He should be taking games by the scruff of the neck now, and he just isn't good enough. He offers very little going forward, and less than Mackay-Steven or Armstrong defensively. Forrest's time at Celtic is up in my opinion.

He really cant win here, he gets slated for his attitude but tonight he came on and he had a go, the only player in our team to actually have a go at their defence - It may no have came off every time for him but the effort and endeavour that people say he doesn't have was there to be seen tenfold compared to GMS on the other wing.

Everyone near enough was poor tonight but of course lets single Forrest out and say his time is up after what 20 minutes? When Armstrong, Johansen and GMS were atrocious for the full time they where on the park.

What do you mean he can't win, that's nonsense. He come on, and was poor, yet again. I'll agree with you that Johansen, Armstrong & GMS were poor also, but they haven't been poor over a sustained period of time, which Forrest has, in my opinion. The things is, tonight wasn't a poor performance by Forrest's standard, it was par for the course. That level of performance is all too familiar. He isn't getting slated purely on tonight's showing, he is getting slated because a lot of fans are sick to the back teeth of seeing that type of performance from him.

He came on to play with a team that was already playing poor, he can't do it all by himself. His attitude was good, he is usually accused of hiding but tonight he always looked for the ball and tried to take on his man.

What do I mean he cant win? "He isn't getting slated purely on tonight's showing, he is getting slated because a lot of fans are sick to the back teeth of seeing that type of performance from him" That exactly there. He isn't given a fair chance what more did you expect from him in 20 minutes? Its like some are chomping at the bit to come on and slag the boy off he was more effective than all 3 of the attacking players that started give the boy a break and get off his back and let him have a fair crack at it this season.

He didn't improve us though, he came on, and was every bit as poor as the players you mentioned. I've already said the others were poor also by the way. To say he isn't given a fair chance is laughable, he has been here for how many years now? He has had more than his fair chance. He wasn't more effective at all, he offered the same as the others did, pretty much nout if truth be told. The difference is, Forrest has been poor for some time now, injuries haven't helped to be fair. If GMS, Armstrong or Johansen had been putting in performances like Forrest for the same length of time, they would be getting just as much stick, make no mistake about that, so don't try and make him out to be a scapegoat.

My opinion - needs to cut it this season or he will be gone.

Will never stay injury free for a sufficient amount of time to reach anywhere near the potential he could have.
Has the attributes but doesnt deliver a level of consistency required. A team at our level cant afford to continue to persevere in hope when there are others put there who can give us more.
