Utter pish. Been one of our best players last 5 years, just back from a lengthy injury.

The * spouted about Forrest is * laughable. He will prove his worth again this season. Not from LW though

Missed two great chances at crucial moments last two games, but has proven his worth time and time again.

Aye he doesn't suit the left at all..

    Massive overreactions though..

Once he's fully up to speed he'll be a big player again for us..

He needs to play right. He can cut in fine from there and link up and get shots away. However he can also go outside. On the left he can only cut in which makes him predictable.

I would be looking to bring in a LW, have new guy and Christie (if he wants to be here) battling for that side and Forrest and Abada juking it out for the RW.

Exactly my thought when he Gordon made that save. Culpable of two huge misses in the last two games.
For all people are saying that we are good or okay “from middle to front” at the moment we are really lacking someone who is clinical.

We are really struggling to create many clear cut chances as well and the ones we do create as you say we aren't clinical.

3 goals this season, a rebound and two wonder goals from our CM and RB.

I would be more worried about Turnbull right now than Forrest tbh. Forrest will get goals and getting in to those positions shows that but with Turnbull as our main creator we are really struggling.

Anyone who is saying we are OK from middle to front is deluded.

But forrest isn't one I'd worry about. Once fully fit.

that is why he isn't top class, in European and big games we get less chances, when we do we need to be clinical. over the years in Europe any big game we always fluff the chance to kill games fs

He’s lacking match fitness to be fair to him. Had a big injury that kept him out last season. With games he’ll be fine.

Tbf to Forrest, he's scored some really important goals at this stage in Europe.. He isn't fully fit at the moment but remains a really important player for us..

His lack of performances v the Huns over the years tho is definitely something that can be levelled at him.

Another laughable take. Apart from last season, Forrest hasn’t been injured in years.

Like still accusing him of fixing his hair or stopping to pull up socks or throwing his arms out after a tackle, this injury nonsense is about 6 years out of date.

21 appearances the covid season cut short.

    51 appearances 19/20

    64 appearances 18/19

    63 appearances 17/18

    50 appearances 16/17

    36 appearances 15/16

    Constantly injured right enough.

Don’t know why I bother though. People has preconceived notions about Forrest and nothing will change their minds.

Forrest was a very lucky boy to still be at Celtic by the time Rodgers arrived in my opinion. He just didn't produce enough, and he was injured regularly up until that point. Rodgers completely transformed him though. He added goals assists, but his overall level of performance went up massively. He then got a bad injury last season and his absence was a massive problem for us. That wouldn't have been the case prior to Rodgers arriving though, he wouldn't have been missed in all honesty. I do think he fails to turn up against the huns though. He has had a couple of good games against them when they were hopeless, but he should be a player that can make the difference for us against them, and he goes missing too often in my opinion.

How many of them games were from the bench because he had a niggling injury?

I’ll just agree to disagree with you on the Forrest debate, I’ve stated before when he’s in form he’s excellent, but he’s very hot and cold. I want to see players be successful, I want to see players do well, but I also won’t blow hot air up their arses when it’s undeserved.
