What’s been the difference do people think?

Confidence? Playing with less fear? Change in attitude? Given more of a free reign? No niggling injury?

It’s night and day to the huffy * we once saw who was forever on the deck lamenting the lack of a free kick or fixing his socks and hair.

For those who are in love.....
    He's irreplaceable..

Don't know the stats but he must contribute to about 30 goals a season. Is probably our biggest outlet and patrols a whole side with his pace and running. Peterifies side's and opens up space for other's..

Ryan Fraser I really rate and has been tearing up good side's for a decent Bournemouth side for a couple of season's but when you see both in the same side....it's a no brainer who the better player is. Fraser would cost about 20 mill in England, so imagine what Forrest is worth?

EPL right wingers I'd rather have Forrest over
    Fraser (Bournemouth)
    Walcott (Everton)
    Ricardo (Leicester)
    Knockaert (Brighton)
    Matt Ritchie/Atsu (Newcastle)
    Lennon (Burnley)
    Redmond (Southampton)
    Hoilett (Cardiff)
    Van La Parra (Huddersfield)
    Kamara (Fulham)
Maybe the most debatable 1 Deulofeu (Watford)

That's arguably all those side's best right wingers and for me Forrest is better than all. At least half their league's right wingers..

He could easily tear it up. Particularly for counter attacking side's with pace against team's who won't just camp in, like Fraser us able to do with Bournemouth..

Think he'll be a 1 club man personally..

    He needs a song.

How about... "Forrest's on fire, Gerrard Butler is terrified"

He's showing the form and skill that his early years promised.

I was heavily critical of him for years and with good reason most of the time. Don't think anyone can deny he was a bit part, injury prone, frustrating player for a while. But now he is a crucial asset.

Frustrated the life out of me during Ronny Deila's spell at the club, with his attitude towards the jersey.

Now, he is playing the best football of his career, and must be one of the top players in Britain right now on this form. Absolutely delighted for him right now, after the injuries etc he had.

More of the same please wee man.

JAMES Forrest followed two brilliant goals in Scotland’s 4-0 win over Albania last weekend with a stunning hat-trick against Israel at Hampden last night.

For club and country, this lifts the creative midfielder’s recent and increasingly impressive record to 12 goals in 11 games.

Moreover, his Hampden goal rush sees Forrest become only the fifth Celt to score three or more goals in a game for Scotland – becoming the first to do so since Jimmy Quinn netted four times against Ireland in 1908.

For Celtic captain, Scott Brown, the 27-year-old’s recent string of top-drawer performances typifies his threat in all areas of the pitch, and his work rate both on and off it.

“James is on fire,” Brown told this week's Celtic View. “Everyone knows that when Jamesy plays, he plays brilliantly. For me, he would always be in my Scotland team, and he’d always be in my Celtic team because of what he can bring to a team.

“Whether you’re struggling as a team for form, or whether you’re on fire, James will take the ball up the park and beat a couple of players and create chances for other people. Anyone that thinks James is a player who could drop in and out of a team – he should be considered the main man, and he’s also capable of scoring goals.

“People have underestimated James Forrest throughout his entire career, and he keeps coming back and proving them wrong.”

Right lads, rip into me if you like but Jamesy needs a song and who doesn't like a bit of Gerry Cinnamon

    He is a belter,
    Different from the rest,
    Cutting in and scoring,
With the hoops upon his chest

    He is a dancer,
And he dances down the wing,
Jamesy Forrest's magic and that's why we * sing

    No happy ending,
When you're up against our man,
Coz no one cuts through your defence,
    Like Jamesy Forrest can

    I think I love him,
    He gets underneath my skin,
There's no greater sight in Paradise,
    Than Forrest on the wing

    He is a belter
