forrest was without doupt one of the best talents to come through in a long time ,u could tell he had it all ,the quality to change a game in our favour ,then 2 horrendous years of stop start ,people were saying it was all in his head with injuries, but maybe the hype put on him was a big weight ,but he can be that player we all hoped he would be,he gets it really tough from us because its so frustrating to see him fail to live up to wot we beleive he can be ,and thats the problem and why all the hate * he has been getting ,his confidence is shot ,maybe now he is overcoming the fear of dropping out through injury again and will now kick on with confidence again .

He done well today, was a constant threat down that right hand side.

It's decisions like the one at the end though where he does so well to beat a couple men on the byline, cuts into the box and instead of laying Dembele off in a better position at the edge of the box he attempts a rather speculative shot and they get a goal kick. Things like that frustrate you with his end product. You also can't trust him to stay fit no matter how long he's went without injury lately you just know there seems to be another round the corner.

Roberts shouldn't feel in any danger about losing his place to Roberts though I hope.

Roberts could end up being the making of him.

He's nowhere to hide when the guy on the opposite wing is tearing * up.

Was decent today but thats his best game in a long time. Sinclair and Roberts will start over him.

Only finished watching the game now, glad to see he is getting the credit he deserves for that performance from most.

He's been getting a hard time lately and I've felt a lot of it hast been justified. I think Rodgers will improve him tenfold.

Been working hard lately with moments of quality aswell, hopefully he can get a run of games and find some consistency. Great finish aswell btw.

Cannie mind if it was Lennon that tried to implement it, but i'm sure someone tried to have him work with a sprinting coach to work on his running style at some point.........clearly never worked :56::56::56:

Forrest and that wee gimpy * Sterling run like they have arthritis in their wrists :56::56::56::rolleyes:

Somecunt should show him a video of this man, would elevate his game to a different level........

Him and Roberts could wreck any opposition if both are in full flow.
