What is your problem fella? You also dont know what you are talking about. Anyone who has had a serious injury has to work harder than ever to return their strength. It is long boring monotonous training and is zero craic.

played better and in playing better i mean he done his job the way he should, he has the pace to burn and for a full back the worse thing to come up against is pace, not only that but every time he got the ball, he aimed to go to the byline and not cut inside or pass it on, like he has been doing, lets hope he can keep it up.

Aye, now what he needs to do is mix it up. He can go on the outside or on the inside for one twos, that's what is dangerous about him. It's kind of one or the other just now but I can still remember when he was playing like that, roasting the fullback going to the touchline or coming inside and having some very clever play with Hooper and Stokes.

Lets see him get back to that.

It's confidence so he has to build on a good performance, the fact rankin was left back could have been a blessing, as maybe he wanted to take him on as much as possible.

Watched the full replay and I didn't think James had a great game to be honest. He's definitely improving though.

He'd have been gutted not to get on today after doing well in the last 2 games against them.

Noticed he warmed up with a lot more effort than anyone else, twice came out stretching, sprinting, using that wee thing they put round their legs, warming up like a madman yet Commons was brought on who never even came out to warm up at all. First time ive noticed a player warming up with that much vigour, possibly a sign he is starting to work a lot harder.

He's hopefully had his baws booted.

Noticed his warm up before and during the game looked far more professional than it normally does.

You said that people who have injuries work harder than everyone else , and that Forrsst's problem had " nothing to do with effort and that he'll be busting his * harder than anyone else in training " - you cant generalise all people to react the same way . I was in the Millwall academy until two weeks before my 16th birthday when a bad tackle broke my tibula and fibula ( compound fracture) . 7 Months later I was back on the training pitch but my motivation was completely gone , the injury had taken my desire away from me , and filled me with fear . I never felt a competitive edge again . Never played for a team ever again . Point is you can not claim that Forrest is working harder and busting his bollocks more than anyone just because he has a few injuries. It might have knocked his motivation , as Ronny has suggested .

Will take more than one good game for me to think we should keep him . Hes went backwards rather than improve i know injuries play a big part but it keeps happening so no good
