    McGregor is awful.

Our youth system needs the full works and hopefully ronny can implement this.

We are in dire need of regular starters that have come through the system.

Forrest has been very unlucky with injuries. Could have been a star. The fans really should get off his back however. No need.

It's easy to sleg off the foreign flops, but the truth is you deserve treated the same no matter what. People didn't want to criticise Forrest because "he's wee Jamesy and he came through the system", but his attitude, commitment and ability are all woeful now. They have been for a while and were never as good as some made them out to be in the first place imo.

It's easy to sleg Derk, Pukki, Balde and call them dead wood and stick their name on a list of players you want sold. But in reality a lot of them are better players than Forrest, McGregor etc and people just don't want to admit it.

"Helping Celts march on could put him back in favour with the Celtic support and Deila hopes the punters realise it will take time before he’s terrorising full-backs again.

Deila said: “James hasn’t pulled a muscle now in five months and that’s a big step forward for him. He has been unlucky and needs time to get back to his highest level.

“I have a long-term plan with James because his history is not good. In fact, it’s very bad injury-wise. But he’s in a better place now. I’m thinking, next season he’ll be on top again.

“However, James can still make an impact in this campaign as well. I can understand the fans’ frustration with him. On that pitch you have to perform, that’s the demands of Celtic.

“But we have to look longer term and see what’s happening in the background. We know there is special potential there. That’s why we’ve been working differently in his training and treatment.

“It’s also a mental thing where sometimes you’re afraid to get hurt. James needs training and more matches to get back to his best form"

I agree with Ronny. Bags of potential there, just needs some time.

Has his 5 and a half years in the first team squad not been enough time?

In they 5 and a half years he looked the best talent in Scotland by a mile. Then injuries took hold. Ronny will sort him, so no 5 n a half years isn't enough.

Look at Maloney now, look what happens with the right training and healing time.

Ronny has said that Forrest has been 5 months without a pulled muscle, he is trying to fix him.

The guy is 24 ffs, if we can sort out his injuries he could be a valuable squad member for however many years.

He's not even close to being one of the best players in Scottish football.

People were saying that at 19, 20, 21, 22, 23. It's just never going to happen. It would have happened by now ffs.

If he wasn't youth system he'd have been punted long ago. Sick note and not worthy of the jersey recently.

Seriously starting to wonder if Forrest shagged Murph's burd while he had to hold wee Jimmy's balls to stop them getting muddy.

    Look at Maloney.

He doesn't have the jersey recently.

You seem to have a hard time distinguishing between squad and first team.
